We really enjoyed our time here! Was wonderful. My only complaint is we were charged more than double our price and it was recognized immediately. We were told it would only take 3-5 days and it ended up taking 9 days to be returned after I had to follow up on it. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. We plan to be back next year!

Very nice Inn on the Island and the tree colors were marvelous. Part of the reason for the trip. Just wish the coffee center opened a little earlier. Fortunately the in room coffee maker was present.

Having a place to get breakfast would be helpful. The decor is outdated and looks worn. The beds were very comfortable!

Was a rustic camp like feel resort which we liked. Due to poor weather couldn't do what we wanted to do outside so not really much to do. Well maintained with a nice size fridge in the room. No brkfst was offered, but had coffee maker in the room. Hotel portion was not on the lake, but canoes etc..appeared to be available if you drive to the lake area.

The 2 bedroom Pond Cabin was perfect for out annual Drummond Island golf trip. The setting was beautiful on the pond with chairs and fire pit. Tucked away from the road in a very quiet setting. The cabin had everything we needed for a great trip. I highly recommend.

Nice place on Drummond Island, MI.
This place was much nicer than I had expected. Big spacious rooms, reasonable sleeping accommodations and excellent amenities around the facility.

I go to Drummond Island at least once per year and always stay here but it’s time to try a different place, this stay was terrible, the AC in the room didn’t work very well, the door stop to the bathroom was falling off, the sink was backing up, and management did nothing about anything.

On 7/7 we spoke and sent the following message "I have notified our housekeepers and I have maintenance on the way. Thank you for letting us know. I apologize for the inconvenience. We will address this with our staff." You confirmed at desk this was resolved. We again apologize for these issues attended to by our maintenance & housekeeping staff. We hope you give us another try.

We stayed in a loft style room with 3 beds. Lots of amenities, kid and pet friendly Everything was exceptional except the creaking floors. We will definitely stay again.

We are sorry we fell short of excellent on this trip. The resort does have outdoor seat at the pool with chairs and tables and loungers, benches outside of each floor area by the rooms and chairs around the main lodge firepit. Additional indoor seating available in the upper lobby table, chairs and and couches open 24/7. We hope you give us another try. Thank you.

The cabin and surrounding area were secluded and amazing! We will definitely return and stay in the same cabin.

Lack of Sleep
Unfortunately the hotel rooms have very thin walls and the guests above our room were up walking around in boots and banging on things at 5:30 in the morning. Their TV was also left on all night which disrupted sleep most of the night.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you can give the resort another try. Our on call number is posted in the lobby should any immediate needs occur during your stay outside of normal business hours 8am-9pm. Hours extended with further guest volume.

Just okay.
Cute and rustic! Overall nice stay. Cleanliness could have been better, 50% of the TV channels was not working, the restaurant onsite was less than desirable. The best part of the weekend was the gas station just past the 4 corners! Wonderful gal working and the BEST pizza! Overall don’t think I’d stay again.

Charming, comfortable room
Three women stayed in the 3 queen loft room. Charming wood stairs. Very comfortable beds and roomy. Cutout for refrigerator and microwave and clothes storage. Nooks lacked lighting which was needed. Room did not have resort information regarding location of ice machine or gym.
