“Unica cosa negativa da segnalare è la chiusura di tutti i servizi alle 9 di sera, bar e ristoranti chiudono, per cui non ho L possibilità di ber qualcosa e mangiar qualcosa dopo le 21,30 E sembra esserci il coprifuoco Devo però dire che tutta isola viaggia con questi orari A capodanno alle 23,30 anche il ristorante esterno all’hotel ha chiuso. È come se a Maui ci sia un fuso differente di 2 ore avanti 😂😂😂😂😂”

“The Whaler is the perfect beach getaway. The location is excellent. The sunsets are spectacular. Our condo was clean and cozy. It could use a few updates but nothing that bothered us or would stop us from returning (it didn’t have smart TVs so no streaming). ”

“Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins....

“Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in un bungalow fronte oceano. La stanza era veramente piacevole in quanto recentemente ristrutturata. Abbiamo usufruito sia del ristorante che del beach bar e del loro cafè. Il personale è molto gentile e la struttura ed il giardino sono ben tenuti. In questo momento stanno ristrutturando una delle due piscine. La spiaggia di fronte è una bella spiaggia di sabbia sottile con acqua cristalline, abbiamo visto anche una tartaruga nuotare. “Innanzitutto non è un Hotel come presentato sul sito. È un residence,senza servizi di pulizia giornaliera , senza servizi in camera. I riatoranti sono due,estremamente cari con menu limitati americani scadenti. Non è possivile avere un caffe latte a colazione ,no continental breakfast. Struttura per pubblico americano”

“Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.”

“Excellent beautiful place/location. Front desk needs help. Over hour to check in, no apologies and no one in front of us. Just sat behind their computers??? What was happening? No communication was. Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed”
