“Booked this hotel as it has a Spa & Pool. Pool heater was out of order, & as it's mid July ( winter) the pool is unuasable. Disapointing from that point of view. Outside of that a good stay close to other amenaties and not far from all town facilities.”

“Stayed here for one night on business. Great location, right in the centre of town. Reception staff were incredibly helpful including doing some printing for me quite late on a Sunday evening. Executive spa room was very spacious and well equipped (including with a huge modern spa bathtub). Good range of lighting in the room with warm globes in a range of lamps, which is a welcome change from many motel rooms. Very comfortable bed with an electric blanket which is a must in Horsham in winter....

“The room is an old "ATCO room", similar to a mine site accommodation but they are better. The door had an inch gap on the bottom, letting in freezing wind. There was cob webs along the ceiling rafters. The wooden floor was unstable and squeaked with every foot step. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. “We really enjoyed being close to the Northern Grampians. It was very accessible to walks. Quiet area and great views of the mountains. The cabin was comfortable and everything we needed was there.Feedback would be the towel rail in bathroom was not secured properly. Also maybe some more toilet paper for six nights stay since there are no shops nearby.Thanks”
