“I have only stayed the four times and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Horsham. They have put me in early when I need to be in. They have put me downstairs when they I didn’t realise that we had to say upstairs or downstairs. I take my hat off to the cleaners they are excellent and the whole place is so clean. The waitresses are so polite and everyone talks to everyone. Excellent for everything even at the reception.”
