“The customer service was phenomenal and the staff was very accommodating and flexible. I called last minute to ask about checking in early, and they were happy to make it work for us, which I really appreciated. Parking was also convenient and easy.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It didn’t seem like the sink or floors had been properly cleaned, and while the bed was okay, the overall room just did not feel clean. There were also multiple bugs on the ceiling and...
