This newly constructed home has all the feels of the countryside with the amenities and style of a modern house. Relax in the hot tub, roast marshmallows with the smokeless firepit, and enjoy the local lake and park. With plenty of beds and a large fully-equipped kitchen, you can bring the whole family and create great memories.

Just off the Dry Ridge exit conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants, short drive to Ark Encounter and 30 minutes from the Creation Museum

We rented this house as a jump off point to visit the distilleries in northern Kentucky as well as a few down near Lexington. The house looks brand new. It's clean, well stocked, and in excellent condition. Our group consisted of two couples; one of which took the upstairs bedroom and the other took the basement which had two bedrooms. There was plenty of room to spread out. The house sits at the end of the street and is a stone's throw from a park. This is one of three new houses at the end of the street but the area is made up of older homes and an apartment complex. There is Walmart superstore less than a mile away for grocery shopping. I highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Dry Ridge.

The property is new and very clean. Decorated very nicely. Lot of room for 6 adults. Kitchen was well equipped to cook. Coffee maker and keurig was a bonus. Lots of towels was nice. Close to the Ark.

The house was comfortable with two great areas for coming together to watch a movie. There is plenty of room for several to be working in the kitchen. Great light! We relaxed and played games on the dining table between visits to the nearby Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the wonderful veterans at Patriots Landing just down the road.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! Back door was hard to close, beds downstairs squeaked some. Not complaining , just letting you know. Overall, a great place! We will recommend.

We stayed at this location for 3 nights and 4 days. Everything was just as described and very clean. Great location, park for kids nearby, splash pad about 10 min away and like 2 min from Walmart. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax.

This phenomenal home was ideal for our family of five. We had lots of room to spread out and relax. The kids loved the bunk bed room and us parents loved having a second level just for the kids. We cooked many of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen, even using the grill. The furnishings and bedding were all so comfortable, making sleep restful each night. We especially enjoyed the hot tub at the end of each day. The park just outside the house is so convenient. It’s a great place for a stroll around the pond and get the kids to burn energy off. A fun bonus during our stay were the ducks that would visit the front door each day. Our kids loved visiting with them. The goal of our visit was to visit the Ark Encounter. This house was so close this destination. There is a Starbucks and Walmart right around the corner, adding even more convenience. I highly recommend this property.
