Si tratta di un appartamento di efficienza che fa parte di una casa di famiglia situata in una zona residenziale molto bella nel villaggio di Dryden. 650 piedi quadrati con un letto a due piazze, angolo cottura completamente fornito con piastra calda, bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio / doccia, TV via cavo e WiFi. Rilassatevi sul ponte posteriore con una bevanda e un barbecue dopo una giornata di gita vicino a Ithaca. Alcuni luoghi vicini da godere:
-Cayuga Lake (15 minuti)
-Cayuga e Seneca Wine Trail
-Evitare in uno dei Parchi Statali entro una mezz'ora della casa (Treman, Buttermilk Falls, Taughannock e Watkins Glen).
-Il resort greco Peek (a 10 minuti con zip line, mountain bike, montagne russe ecc. Più un parco acquatico al coperto.

This apartment has an excellent location. The owners provided very good instructions. It is in a basement and has no windows which is nice for privacy. It is well furnished and very comfortable.

Was a great little place for me , my son and his friend. The owners gave us our privacy, we didn't even meet them, it was like having our own place. Everything was easy, clean and just perfect. Close to Ithica, bike paths, waterfalls etc.

A pretty good place for the price. There was no toilet paper or tissues though restocked, but after a day they brought new stuff down. They were very accommodating for my earlier check in and later check out. Overall a great stay I will consider in the future if I need a longer stay in the area again!

My husband and I were visiting our son for Family weekend at college. All hotels were booked from months in advance. I found this gem of a little place and we will be using it every time we visit our son from now on. Apt is clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Home owners who we met separately were wonderful. Location was perfect. 5 star for sure.

Overall nice spot. It’s small but convenient. Perfect spot for 1-2 people to stay. I was there for a baseball tournament with my Son. It was better then staying in a hotel and was probably cheaper. Overall clean. Very accessible. Convenient location. I would definitely stay there again. Perfect for couples.

We were in town to attend an intensive 5-day course at Tompkins Cortland Community College. This apartment was exactly what we needed: nearby, quiet, comfortable, clean, and well appointed (full kitchen with dishes, pots/pans, etc). Instructions for parking and checking in were clear and communicating with Steve was easy.

We were lucky enough to find this apt at the last minute when we needed to attend a family funeral and most hotels/motels were booked due to it being Family Weekend at Cornell University. Steve and Kathi could not have been more kind and accommodating. This was a perfect spot to recharge ourselves--every clean and w/in easy driving distance to Ithaca. The mattress may need a little updating, but this was a minor issue. We will definitely keep this apt in mind the next time we visit. And again, Steve and Kathi were ever so kind.

It is in the basement of their home. We could hear them stomping around every morning at 6 AM and one morning was at 3 AM didn’t get to sleep in. It seem to be a nice safe neighborhood. Parking is a little tight one side of the driveway.

Our stay was for a week. Everything was clean and tidy. The only drawback was that there are not windows so light does not come in. For us this is not a problem. Everything worked well. Communication with Host was prompt. We would stay here again. Easy in and out access. Kitchen was fully furnished.Jet tub was very nice. We would recommend this as a place to stay.

This was the perfect location for what I needed to accomplish during my visit with comfortable accommodations. The rooms AC worked great in the August heat and the huge bathtub with shower pressure that I could ACTUALLY wash my hair with was a nice surprise! My only glitch was I had such a late arrival at 3am and had to use my phone flashlight to find my way to the keys then the door without any outdoor light. Gracious hosts, quick to respond to texts. As per previous review, I did hear footsteps above but they did not wake me up or affect my stay in any way.
