“This hotel is top end. The service is world class and the desk folks speak english. If I could give it 8 stars I would.
There 3 Resteraunt's on site and a spa. The rooms were excellent size, w marble everything.

“15 mins from airport, at the entrance of Haiphong, far from anything in the city unless you take a taxi 15 mins ride. Small bar on the ground floor with good snacks. Breakfast ok for such an hotel. Good size room. There is also an in-house "casino" not very crowded. For one night stay good option, even if a bit overpriced for the location”

“Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!”
