“First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem?
Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point.”
