“We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I...

“Despite being in a 5 star property, the service was very bad. No one came for cleaning, we asked for bathrobes, slippers and coffees but no-one neither came nor replied to our calls. We're abandoned. It's unbelievable and unacceptable for a 5 star property. ”

"Esperienza abbastanza positiva. Colazione ricca, posizione molto centrale. Durante il mio soggiorno è capitato il mio compleanno e la direzione di sua iniziativa mi ha fatto trovare biglietto d’auguri in camera, vasetto con cioccolatini… veramente una piacevole sorpresa "

"Una struttura eccellente e con una buona qualità-prezzo! Siamo arrivati in hotel a notte fonda e nonostante questo siamo stati accolti con tanta gentilezza e simpatia da parte di Shadia alla reception, ci ha illustrato tutte le informazioni ed è stata molto simpatica! Vi auguro di trovare lei al vostro arrivo ☺️ Durante il soggiorno tutto il personale è stato molto gentile, i servizi dell’hotel sono completi in quanto all’interno si trovano negozi per souvenir, ristoranti, piscina con bar ecc.. Consiglio questa struttura per un soggiorno a Dubai Downtown"

"Tutto meraviglioso!! Vista dalle camere e dalla terrazza spaziale a dir poco incomparabile!! L’unica pecca è che avendo la mezza pensione c’erano solo tre ristoranti dei sette disponibili per l’opzione e poi i piatti da scegliere erano davvero pochi , cene scarse sé uno ha fame … Esterno dell’hotel per una passeggiata dopo cena brutto marciapiedi brutti sporchi e vecchi , in una zona così sono rimasta stupita da questa cosa . Comunque ci ritornerò sicuramente!! "
