Disappointing and staff not responsible
The service was terrible. When arrived I wrongly gave my friend's name and staff refused to check in. We had to search another hotel in the middle of the nigth. Overall the cleanliness and the location was not good, I would never return.

Hotel bellissimo! Lo consiglierei a chiunque. In prossimità della metro e abbastanza vicino alle attrazioni principali. Pulizia ottima e personale gentilissimo!

siamo stati 9 notti in una camera doppia..buona camera buon albergo in generale, piscina molto piccola.la posizione dell hotel non è il massimo.meglio dubai marina per poter fare mare e vita notturna snz prendere mezzi.

Coral Al Khoory Hotel Apartments di Dubai
L'hotel era ben tenuto. La nostra camera era come un appartamento, c'era una camera con televisore al plasma e bagno con doccia, una cucina fornita di tutto (padelle,lavatrice...),salone grande con televisore al plasma e un altro bagno. Il tutto fornito di aia condizionata, ben funzionante. Era a 15 minuti a piedi dal Mall of the Emirates. La sera c'erano diversi hotel nelle vicinanze che davano alcolici (il prezzo per una birra è 6 o 7 €).

We stayed in this area 2 times.last time we are different property.this hotel apartment needs breakfast have more choices and cable tv need more English channels .staff are very polite especially afazal waiters in breakfast place very helpful .clean staff are very professional.

Room needed bit of update but other than that it was good. I booked 2 bedroom suite, laundry in the suite was life saver and we had a full kitchen, huge balcony. The suite itself was very large, good furniture, just the cabinets needed new paint.

Large 2 bedroom unit with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and clean, everything we needed for family visit. Specifically booked this hotel for the washing machine and kitchen!! Shops close to buy essentials. Car park provided within the hotel, great parking options and safe. Really enjoyed our stay. We were away for 4 days during our 12 night stay and left most of our belongings in the hotel - no issues at all, felt very safe in this hotel. Would recommend to all families, especially when staying for extended holidays!

One bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with a comfortable king size bed and good quality linen. Shower temperature and flow was also good. All staff were courteous and welcoming, in particular Ganesh and Hardip, who always welcomed guests with a smile. My thanks to Hardip for our flexible checkout. The lovely housekeeping lady on the second floor was very thorough her work. Kitchen was a decent size but lacked some basic utensils. There was only one table knife, no cutting knife or drinking glasses. Most of these things were provided on our request, including some soft pillows. A check list of minimum items for kitchen would help housing keeping staff to ensure nothing was missing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

In principe voldoet het aan je verwachtingen. Hotel is netjes/kamers lekker ruim. Je zit op loop loopafstand van de Mall of the Emirates, metro op loopafstand en taxi's volop beschikbaar. Wij hadden een eigen auto en die konden we veilig parkeren onder het gebouw. Ondanks alle pluspunten is het mijn inziens geen 4 sterrenhotel. Dat neemt niet weg dat de voorzieningen oke zijn. Let op naast de receptie wordt er door een touroperator diverse activiteiten aangeboden. Wij hebben "Dune Bashing" geboekt en het was zeer slecht uitgevoerd. Ik heb daarna niets meer bij ze geboekt maar activiteiten online afgewikkeld. Dat vond ik wel jammer... Blijf je in Dubai centraal kun je trouwens beter geen auto huren. Metro/taxi is perfect geregeld. Wegen zijn druk en boetes zijn extreem hoog!

Hotel was clean and accessible to the metro station. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Services were prompt and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying in Al Khoory Apartment. A lot of space in the appartement, 3 rooms, 3 washrooms. We want to thank Riyas for his work. He is very polite and hardworking. The staff were helpful but the property was disappointing. The sheets, bathroom and room had a weird smell. Carpets and sofas stained. A lot of cockroaches everywhere (even microwave)x

Just the perfect hotel for families. Great service, best experience. Next time I will definitely come back when I’m in Dubai. Also the hotel is very close by to the beach, dubai mall and emirates mall. The staff is super friendly!

Yes alkhoory stay was in expected but turn out to be good. Stuff in cleaning are amazing. They make sure our rooms are clean and very friendly. They make sure we have all nessary items are in place. Front desk manager was great solving some issues Over all very happy. If price right again will stay. But price is very high.

Nice hotel, lovely staff
Based myself in Dubai for the world cup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff in particular were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble from the reception staff, to the cleaners to the pool attendants. The only minor annoyance was that I was woken up at 5/5.30am each day via the call to prayer from the local mosque so the rooms are not sound proofed as suggested. Local transport links are good e.g. Mashreq metro is about 5 minutes walk away and there are also a plentiful supply of taxis which pass by the hotel. There are a number of nice bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the area feels safe. Overall I would recommend Al Khoory apartments as a good place to stay in Dubai.
