Good position for WTC
Very good position for World Trade Center, spacious room but not high level furniture. Bathroom was good and nice shower, clean and staff was nice especially Joseph and Ambar.

appartamento enorme e con vista molto bella
Ho soggiornato presso Ascott Park Place insieme alla mia famiglia. Il nostro appartamento era un Premier con 3 camere da letto. Le camere sono molto grandi, soprattutto le prime due. Tutte hanno i servizi in camera e la prima anche il bidet. Il salone è enorme e la cucina fornita degli utensili necessari, compreso frigo e forno a microonde. La vista sui grattacieli di dubai è molto suggestiva. Si trova sulla strada principale di Dubai, a 200 metri dalla fermata della metro del WTC. Il caffè che si trova all'interno dell'hotel è molto buono per la colazione (a pagamento). Il wifi in stanza è buono. La psicina, sul tetto di un edificio adiacente collegato con un passaggio interno è molto ampia e bella.

ottimo per fiere al wtc
Ho soggiornato in un appartamento premier con 3 camere da letto durante il periodo di una fiera la world trade center. L'hotel è molto comodo per raggiungere la fiera (5 minuti a piedi), bisogna solo attraversare la strada con il sovrappasso della metro. L'appartamento era molto grande e con una vista molto bella. Gentile il personale. Ci tornerei se dovessi andare di nuovo al world trade center.

Achtung Desinfektionsmittel
Das Bett war super. Leider wird im ganzen Hotel regelmäßig Duftstoff (Desinfektionsmittel) versprüht - vor allem aiuch im Zimmer => alles stinkt nach dem Zeug und man darf sich nicht wundern wenn das auf die Atmung geht. Es ist kein Hotel!

Good overall -- friendly staff and efficient housekeeping, and getting food delivered to the room was very easy. All of the appliances in the apartment worked well and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Guest parking was slightly inconvenient as it required access to two buildings and two elevators, and the constant traffic jams around the hotel were frustrating.

This is a nice apartment hotel that is a 3-minute walk to the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) metro stop and a 5-minute walk to the DWTC itself. There is a small grocery store about a 1 minute away. The property is well located, has a great gym and pool. The cleaning crew really made an effort to keep everything spic and span on a daily basis. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. A little disappointed with the interior. For the location and money, the decor is dated and run-down. The property could benefit from some modernization / remodeling. Also, the air conditioning was great (we were there in the summer when Dubai temperatures were hovering around 105 degrees F) but was a little uneven; the second bedroom (which, btw, has a sliding door) was quite warm and the only way to cool it down was to keep the door open so the living room vent would cool down it down.

We needed a place to stay near the Dubai convention center, and this place is literally across the highway. You walk through the (air conditioned!) train station to cross the highway and you are at the World Trace/Convention center. friendly staff got us an plug adapter when we realized we needed and extra one. 2 bedroom suite was HUGE with an enormous open area with couches and a TV. (Note - NO Parties allowed.) Decent dining options nearby, and also a grocery store which is nice because our room had a full kitchen.

Dubai for half term
My first choice if visiting Dubai. 15 minutes from airport and metro outside. On main road with huge choice of places to eat and hotels and Irish bars to visit. Excellent pool and gym. Boss location and wonderful staff. Have stayed in Dubai over a dozen times and always look to see if Ascot has availability.

Excellent property in an amazing location. Super clean, quiet and laid back property. We stayed at a studio which was comfortable, modern and with a fully equipped kitchen. The view of Sheikh Zayed road from the room was absolutely worth it. Highly recommeded.

All nice except for the internet it's HORRIBLE! It's so slow and buggy makes the whole staying and trying to work a miserable experience. I asked the IT and management to improve it, they said they did but it only got worse. Less than 8MB speed is like a flashback to the 90's - nowadays, internet below 100mg is unexaptable.
