Set in Oceana Caribbean on Palm Jumeirah, this 2-bedroom apartment spans 150 square meters and features a bright, open-plan living space with comfortable furnishings and a balcony facing Atlantis. The interiors are modern and understated, with plenty of natural light throughout. Guests can enjoy direct access to the beach, pool, and gym, along with quick access to Palm West Beach and nearby dining spots.



The Space

The living area brings in a balanced mix of calm and character, with well-chosen decor pieces and two sofas softened with cushions that add a gentle burst of color, creating a balanced look. A 55” screen is positioned neatly across from the seating. The dining table seats four and is placed to face the outdoor view.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and a Nespresso machine for your early starts or late recharges. A washing machine is there when needed. WiFi is strong and stable, suitable for video calls, streaming, and remote work.



Master Bedroom

The queen bed is set with bedside tables and lamps within easy reach. A comfortable accent chair sits by the window, ideal for a quiet pause with a view of the yachts and Atlantis. A full mirror helps with dressing, while the large dresser offers storage for clothes and essentials. The attached bathroom has a bathtub and a wide vanity for your daily routines.



Second Bedroom

The second bedroom has a double bed with two side tables. A desk and chair are set beside the mirror, with the same view of the yachts and Atlantis as the master, ideal for quick emails or last-minute tasks. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower and a vanity unit with mirror.



Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the two-bedroom apartment, including the balcony, living area, kitchen, dining space, both ensuite bedrooms, and a guest toilet. There’s a maid’s room that stays locked as it holds a few of the owner’s items, it’s not part of the guest area and won’t interfere with your stay. The building offers a pool, gym, and direct beach access. Parking is reserved. A park is nearby, Ula is close for casual meals, and there’s a small shop for daily essentials. If you’re into water sports, there’s a local team nearby that can set you up.



A cleaner will visit the apartment every Wednesday between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to tidy up the bathroom and kitchen, and to water the plants. This is a scheduled service to help keep the space fresh during your stay.
