◦ If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

◦ The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

◦ Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out.

◦ Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.
