The space
This exquisitely appointed one-bedroom apartment offers the opulence reminiscent of a five-star hotel. In addition to a designated parking spot, it features a swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area, and a business center.

The master bedroom boasts a spacious 180x200cm bed accompanied by its own ensuite bathroom. Furthermore, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed (160x200cm), accommodating more than two guests if needed.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, serving and oven plates, and more.

We provide all necessary amenities such as fresh towels, crisp linens, bottled water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and additional essentials for your comfort and convenience.

Other things to note
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys

Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
