The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll have access to a walk-in closet.

An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins.



The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed having an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.

The downtown area is a vital region with so many different activities to do starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at the fancy “Dubai mall” which is a short distance away and where you can also visit stunning Aquarium, underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa.



You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.



Getting Around

You can always hail an RTA taxi to move around the city easily. The Apartment is a short cab ride away from the metro station, where you can get around the city smoothly and Dubai International Airport is around 15.5 kilometers away from the apartment.
