A warm, brand-new 1-bedroom home on the 12th floor of Palace Residences North, an Emaar branded residence at the gateway to Creek Island in Dubai Creek Harbour. The living and dining areas run bold, a repeating geometric wall in terracotta, rust and cream, picked up in copper and mustard through the furnishings, while the bedroom is deliberately quiet.
