Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Damac Hills. There is a great club house with epic restaurants that overlook the golf courses. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. There's a very large mall 10/15 mins away also.

Our charming 3 bedroom villa is located in the amazing DAMAC Hills! Other treats include a swimming pool and kid's play area, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious sitting room (complete with Smart TV) and dining you'll also love the balcony and patio which is great to enjoy the morning coffee and dining.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

You also have a private car parking space and you will find a super market, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive. Golf course is 5 min drive away.

The villa is all yours, but we are only a message away if you need us. You'll be in the safe hands of my team that will meet you at the property and show you around so you can benefit from all it has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
DAMAC Hills is a well-established self-contained community comprising villas, apartments and a hotel. Home to the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, it also boasts nearly four million square feet of parkland offering various themed areas for relaxation and sports – including restful gardens and lakes, a skate park, stables, football field, tennis courts and more.

Popular food trucks and a resident ice cream van serve the community, along with a Carrefour supermarket, Jebel Ali School, salons and cleaning services, a special Green Zone selling plants, and shuttle service to Mall of the Emirates, with more amenities coming soon.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require a foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE-TIME rental charge of AED 150.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
