    CHECK-IN

    1. Failure of sending the passport or GCC ID copies prior to check in which will lead to delay in check in

    2. Our check in time is from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. ( Host will be providing you all the access cards and collect the Deposit )

    3. In case if you do not show upon check in time or coming after the check in time you will be doing self check in at your own responsibility.

    4. Access cards will be handovered only next day after your Self check in once the deposit is received. ( Guest need to inform the Host through whatsapp or through booking platform next day at what time will you be available in the apartment to receive the deposit and handover the access cards.

    CHECK-OUT

    1. The guest is responsible to inform the host 24Hours before your departure what time will you be checking out for the deposit refund. ( 24hours before If no information has provided before 5Pm the host will be proceeding for the normal checkout at 12Pm on the day of your departure. )

    2. In case if the guest didn`t inform the host of your departure timing 24Hours before and the guest need to do early checkout the deposit will be transferred only to the guest bank account (Service charges will apply)

    Please note our working hours is from 9Am -6Pm

    Please inform us about your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

    This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

    A damage deposit of AED 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

    📋 Guest Registration
    In compliance with Dubai Tourism regulations, all guests must be registered in the building management system and Dubai`s Department of Economy and Tourism portal before arrival.

    Required information for all guests:

    * Full names
    * Passport or Emirates ID copy (all details must be clearly visible, especially the name and document number)
    * Preferred messaging contact number
    * UAE contact number (if available)
    * Email address
    * Vehicle details (if parking registration is required)

    Only registered guests are permitted inside the property.

    🕒 Check-In & Check-Out
    * Standard check-in time: **3:00 PM – 6:00 PM only**, unless otherwise approved by our team.
    * Standard check-out time: **Before 11:00 AM only**, unless otherwise approved by our team.

    Any check-in and/or check-out outside of the above hours is subject to availability and prior approval.

    Late Check-In Fee
    A late check-in fee of **AED 150** applies when a staff member is required to assist with access outside standard check-in hours.

    This fee covers overtime costs for buildings that do not allow self check-in and require a company representative to be present.

    Unauthorized Late Check-Out
    Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge of **AED 700.00 per hour** or part thereof.

    Please be informed that our housekeeping team is instructed to enter the unit at 11:00 AM. Kindly ensure that any late check-out request has been approved by management in advance.

    Departure Requirements
    Before departure, kindly:
    * Leave the apartment in reasonable condition.
    * Return all keys, access cards, remotes, and parking permits as instructed.
    * Inform us of your exact departure time.
    * Send clear photos of the returned keys through the booking platform`s messaging system for verification.

    Failure to follow departure instructions may result in additional charges.

    🚘 Parking
    1 Free parking is designated, please make sure to park only on the slot provided as building will give fines for such violation

    For parking registration, please provide:
    * Vehicle color
    * Make and model
    * License plate number

    Please park only in the assigned space. Building fines, towing charges, or access restrictions may apply for unauthorized parking.

    🚭 No Smoking or Vaping
    Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and indoor common areas, including balconies, as they may trigger smoke alarms and detectors.

    Smoking is permitted only in designated areas approved by the building management.

    Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the apartment may result in additional cleaning, deodorizing, damage, and building penalty charges.

    🗑️ Garbage Disposal
    Please dispose of waste using the designated garbage room, chute, or approved disposal areas.

    Do not leave garbage bags outside the apartment door or in common hallways, as this may result in fines from both the building management and Homes VIP Holiday Homes.

    🔐 Access Cards & Keys
    Guests are responsible for all keys, access cards, remotes, and parking permits provided during their stay.

    Lost, damaged, or unreturned items may incur replacement and administrative charges.

    🧺 Apartment Care
    Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, linens, and towels with care.

    Guests are responsible for reporting any accidental damage immediately.

    Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges may apply where necessary.

    🛑 Noise, Parties & Visitors
    To maintain a peaceful residential environment:

    * Parties, events, celebrations, and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.
    * Quiet hours must be observed between **8:00 PM and 8:00 AM**.
    * Excessive noise at any time of day is not permitted.
    * Unauthorized visitors and overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

    Noise complaints or violations reported by neighbors, security, or building management may result in penalties or termination of the stay without refund.

    🐾 Pets
    Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing prior to arrival and allowed by the building`s regulations.

    Additional cleaning fees or deposits may apply where approval has been granted.

    🚫 Illegal Activities
    Any illegal activity, prohibited substances, criminal conduct, or violation of UAE laws is strictly prohibited.

    Such violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and notification of the relevant authorities where required.

    🏊 Building Amenities
    Where available, guests may enjoy shared building facilities, including:

    * Swimming pool
    * Gymnasium
    * Children`s play areas
    * Community facilities

    Please follow all building regulations, safety requirements, and operating hours when using these amenities.

    Homes VIP Holiday Homes is not responsible for temporary facility closures, maintenance work, or restrictions imposed by building management.

    Additional charges may apply for:

    * Smoking or vaping inside the apartment
    * Lost access cards, keys, remotes, or parking permits
    * Excessive cleaning requirements
    * Damaged or missing items
    * Unauthorized late check-out
    * Unauthorized visitors or overnight guests
    * Noise complaints or building violations
    * Parking violations
    * Any breach of these house rules or building regulations

    Applicable charges may be processed through the booking platform in accordance with the reservation terms and conditions.
