The Dining area is situated next to a classy and spacious Semi-American-style kitchen, which is fully loaded with essential kitchen appliances such as a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle for your convenience.

Master Bedroom

The comfy Master Bedroom, having a unique taste, featuring a premium King-size bed with premium cotton bedding and memory foam mattress. An en-suite bathroom for your convenience features premium marble countertops, a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins.

The Second Bedroom with similar style features a queen-size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and a basin.

All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any enquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays and other various concierge services at an additional cost.



Other things to note



Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.



Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.



The Neighborhood

FIVE is located at one of the most fancy areas in Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, which is a tree shaped island and it is home to some of the most luxury spots in Dubai.



Apart from the everyday parties at FIVE and the water activities in the morning that you can enjoy at the beach, there is also a list of other activities which you can enjoy at palm Jumeirah including but not limited to Sky Dive Dubai, For the ultimate adrenaline rush, jump out of a plane as it cruises over the Palm Jumeirah. Skydive Dubai offers tandem skydives at the premium Palm Dropzone, reaching speeds of up to 120 mph and offering eye-popping views of the Palm, the Dubai Marina and the turquoise waters of the Arabian Gulf.



You also have to try Dubai’s Speedboat tour which will take you on a magnificent tour across The palm and the Marina.

AlNakheel Mall is a short drive away from the building where you will find all the shops that you might need and also there is a nearby Spinneys Market to get all your essentials easily.



Dubai International Airport is about 30 minutes’ drive away from the residences.
