It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 5 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 5/10-minute walk away with more options for dining and fun.

Our charming 4 bedroom apartment is located on the 11th floor so the views are spectacular. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include free access to a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee.

There are 2 free private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2-minute walk away as well as other useful shops. The nearest public transport is the Dubai tram in which the stop is right outside the building.

The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence (more commonly known as JBR), is one of the liveliest attractions Dubai offers. A stunning waterfront community which comprises of 40 tall towers divided into six clusters, all overlooking the Arabian Gulf, JBR is perfectly designed for couples and young families. Offering a year-round beachy, resort lifestyle, all of the apartments here showcase sea-views. Getting Around:
As above, but there are lots of taxis and Uber is available in Dubai if you choose.

SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR & DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of 150AED

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
