The staff were very nice. Samuel rhe porter was very detailed in his advise on the available hotel facility . Espee, the restaurant staff was very helpful, nice and very kind. She went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. The reception staff needs to get more information on transportation around Dubai. We asked about train or bus services to expo dubai, but the only option they could give was by taxi. Whereas the al riga train station provides train service to the expo dubai. The taxi cost us a lot. Also there are free bus shuttles called expo riders from many points. The management could something about the noise from the disco hall. Thanks for the early check-in given.

Average.
Breakfasts were definitely worth it, but the lobby area etc smelled of cigarettes, and in general the area appeared slightly worn. The pool area upstairs was fairly average. Shower and room facilities were tidy and mostly clean, however the towels had stains on them from previous users. It was handy to shops and to the bus and train stations.

We liked there Breakfast staffs and food. They were helpful. The room we stayed, was not a good room. Bathroom mirror was broken at the middle. Whole trip we covered the mirror because in any culture of the world people follows broken mirror brings bad luck. We asked for room change. The front desk staff was not helpful. We were waited long time to switch the room. Finally we gave up and stayed 3 days in same room.

Worst misguiding hotel with no amenities in Dubai
I stayed for 2 nights with wife and kid because it was shown as family hotel with swimming pool and gym etc but all were in bad condition and gym was hidden bar. Pool was worst.there was no rooftop restaurant. Completely misguided hotel. Not at all good for family. Will never ever stay at this hotel.

Good price but very uncomfortable
It started very nice with breakfast brought into the room but the night staff was very rude when i asked them about the Wi-fi as to why it wasnt working...they kept on hanging up the phone on me from my room...and when i was going out, i asked for the taxi and they refused to book call one for as they weren't any outside and i was travelling with two toddlers. At night time all you could hear is the noise from the nightclub that they have downstairs...so you cant even sleep properly

De locatie goed, vlakbij OV de metro en bus verbindigen, de straat Al Rigga ook de metro halte rode lijn, goede eet gelegenheden en winkel mogelijkheden. wel iets verder van de Marina en Dubai en Emirates mall, maar wel zeer goed bereikbaar via metro. Het hotel zelfs ziet er goed uit, al kan de kamer aarin ik kwam wat achterstallig in onderhoud. Vriendelijk personeel. Staan ook dag en nacht voo je klaar

Horrible staff but lovely place
The place was lovely, clean and comfortable but the staff were VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE!!!! It was very frustrating dealing with the staff

locatie was goed, maar er was geen nachtrust. in dit hotel bevinden zich 3 nachtclubs die van 22 u tot 06 uur smorgens soms totv07 u harde music draait waardoor we niet konden slapen, dus de totale reis hadden we geen. nachtrust.. ik zou dit hotel aan niemand aanbevelen. dit hotel krijgt een dikke nul van me en mijn medereixigets. de slechtste hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve been in in 30 years. Dingy dirty room, horrible bed, wall paper bubbling and peeling. Outdated furniture. Poor tv reception. Rude receptionists. So bad I checked out after 2 hours and went to the holiday inn down the street. How they get a 4 star rating is beyond me. It’s it even a 2.

Room was clean and nice. Staff customer service was terrible and the prices for things seemed higher than other hotels. If you are looking for somewhere just to sleep it’s fine otherwise dealing with the staff was frustrating at times.

Nice spot in a good location. They couldn't find the reservation but let me check in after the 30 minute wait. Clean place, and highly functional.
