hotel exsesior camera grande
sono soggiornata 10 giorni in questo hotel , camera e bagno grande e comode, sauna e piscina non mi è piaciuti proprio orario della piscina non è confortevole alle 19 chiudono quando i turisti arrivano dopo le escursioni vari in hotel e vogliono riposare in piscina , sauna quasi sempre spenta bisogna andare in recepscion e chiedere farlo accendere , in 5 min ,a piedi arrivavo a moll of emirets , colazione è cara 14 euro , tutto sommato non è male come hotel ma c'e di meglio

Stanza super, colazione super, servizio super
Abbiamo soggiornato per 7 notti in questo hotel. Quello che ci ha colpito subito è stata la struttura, simile ad una nave sia esteriormente che internamente con tutti i ponti proprio come in una nave da crociera. L'hotel dispone di ristorante, pub, sauna, piscina, parrucchiere, centro massaggi e una discoteca. Proprio quest'ultima è l'unica cosa fastidiosa, poichè avendo avuto la camera proprio sopra c'era sempre rumore. La colazione è fantastica. La camera da letto era enorme, mai soggiornato in una camera così grande: quasi 50 metri quadri.

Molto rumore la notte fino alle ore 3 del mattino per via della birreria e disco club che si trova nella hall, ma nel complesso non male, camere ampie

Lo consiglierei.. camere bellissime e grandi
Hotel molto bello ed elegante, ben centrato e poco distante dalle zone di interesse..pulizia nelle camere non passa in osservato.. la moquete non vedeva un aspirapolvere da un po... e nei bagni mancavano sempre gli ascougamani, gli animaletti passeggiavano indisturbati a terra. Attenzione ai taxy senza scritta con belle macchine xke sono quelle che costano di piu.. prendete sempre i taxy normali che sono quelli piu economici e rigorosamente con il tassametro.

Ottimo albergo, location perfetta a 10 a piedi dall'emirates Mall. Staff molto gentile, unica pecca e' la piscina, un po' piccola e non molt soleggiata.

Very nice room with bathroom not at the same level
Everything was ok, the room nice, large, quiet, with the beds very comfortable with the unique negative point the shower plate full of dark signs as well as the bathroom fllor. Non a nice presentation for such a nice hotel. At the end everything was fine.

宿泊して後悔した。建物全体が老化しており、設備が全体的に良くない。部屋は寒い。 1.部屋に入ったら、シャワールームとお風呂があるんですが、シャワールームから暖かい水が出なかった。すごく滑りやすくなっており、危ない。お風呂はしたが少し破れている。 2.シャワールームは冷たく入りづらい。 床は滑りやすい。 3. お湯ポットは電気がつくけれど、お湯がわかない。コンセントも使えたり使えなかったりした。 4. 隣の部屋の声が聞こえる。1階のロビーにクラブがあり、出入りがあるたんびに、大きな騒音がホテル及び部屋に聞こえる。 5. レストランは行ってないのでどうなっているかわからない。 6. レセプションの対応は普通という感じかな。 7. よかった点: 部屋はすごく広い。仕事が出来るように、デスクや椅子が備えられている。

Great value hotel.
Great hotel, great price, great location. Only issue was towels not being left following room cleaning. This was resolved by phoning reception to request same. Overall would recommend this hotel.

Short term stay ok, but need to improve breakfast
It's a good hotel, nice employees and large parking. The rooms are large but look like old, and the breakfast is very poor, just a couple of things to eat, for a four stars hotel the need to improve it.

Bad experience
It took so long for them to process the check-in. There were molds in the cover page of the menu. There was no hairblower in our room as it was out of stock, as they say. And, we had 1 guest who visited, they kept calling us until we give here ID, eventhough we informed them already that we will pass by the reception on our way out, after we finish getting ready. In the morning they called us again to remind us about our check-out time.
