Tutto a posto
Ottimo hotel con tutti i servizi, ci vado spesso e non ci trovo grandi difetti. Ottima colazione, pulito e staff molto gentile. Se non si e fumatori chiedere del piano per non fumatori.

Note positive: pulizia e vicinanza alla fermata metropolitana Dubai internet city. L’albergo è stato abbastanza in linea con le nostre aspettative in particolare rispetto alla colazione. Note negative: purtroppo la notte si sentivano i rumori della discoteca della struttura e la nostra stanza aveva una porta comunicante con una camera che ospitava fumatori quindi più di una volta abbiamo avuto spiacevolmente fumo in camera. La sera prima della partenza abbiamo chiesto di fare il check-out anticipato per guadagnare tempo visto che l’indomani avremmo avuto il volo molto presto e loro per timore di essere derubati delle “squisitezze“ che avevano nel minibar hanno pensato bene di mandare un cameriere nel cuore della notte a svuotarlo lasciandoci letteralmente basiti. Viaggiamo spesso e ci serviamo di molti alberghi ma un episodio così sgradevole fino ad oggi non ci è mai capitato. Peccato, penso che la direzione debba fare attenzione a questi particolari perché il tatto e il buon senso fanno davvero la differenza.

L’hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare Dubai, a metà strada rispetto ai vari quartieri. Vicina anche la spiaggia. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento molto spazioso con due camere, due bagni, salotto e cucina. Nel secondo bagno mancava il phone per capelli ed essendo in quattro sarebbe stato comodo. Ottima la pulizia. Abbiamo usufruito della palestra della piscina riscaldata e della vasca idromassaggio aperta fino alle 21 di sera.

Albergo lussuoso, personale gentile e disponibile. In 4 avevamo un appartamento di 80 mq con cucina, salotto, 2 camere e tre bagni. Nell’albergo ci sono ottimi ristoranti e bar, bella SPA con palestra. Non eccezionale la piscina esterna perché sempre in ombra ( forse fatta apposta per le temperature di Dubai però non si può prendere il sole). La posizione non è comodissima perché distante da tutto e le navette non sono molto fruibili ( orari limitati e spesso troppo affollate). Comunque rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale

Struttura assolutamente consigliata per posizione, comfort, pulizia e cortesia del personale. Ci siamo fermati per 4 giorni e siamo stati davvero bene punto. Molto gentile il receptionist che ci ha consegnato la stanza anche prima del termine del check-in vista la stanchezza per il viaggio.

hotel in una zona dove non c'è nulla, comunque servita dalla metro e dai servizi taxi. finestre che non chiudevano ermeticamente, quindi il rumore malgrado il piano alto era un po' fastidioso. nel complesso struttura buona e buoni servizi.

Qualità/prezzo indiscutibilmente ottimi.
Do il massimo dei voti per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo anche se per gli standard italiani è più un 4 stelle che un 5. In ogni caso mi sono trovato molto bene. Nota positiva, i vari taxi che sono sempre pronti all'uscita. Uniche 2 pecche, un cantiere aperto proprio accanto (ma questa è Dubai) e Internet che costa un botto; 4 euro l'ora o 20 al giorno.

I couldn't travel to Dubai due to cancelation of all flights going to Dubai because of the sadly sever weather conditions (16th of April 2024). However, the hotel charged me the first night as no-show even that I sent them a message before check-in time in advance and my booking class was refundable. It was not expected from the hotel to take advantage of natural disasters.

Comfy stay
A great stay as a couple, a bit away from the beaches but close to Metro and very comfortable large rooms, got an upgrade. The breakfast was very good and with lots of variety. Service was v good and quite a lot of eating places and even groceries nearby in the area.

Very nice Hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Had 2 rooms which were very spacious and clean (side by side). All staff were very courteous and did everything possible to help (had aged parents who were traveling with me). The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and the variety was great. The Crystal Bar was visited nightly and the drinks and service were awesome. Hotel is very close to the Mall of the Emirates Will be back again

Slidt ryger hotel! Ikke 5-stjerner værd.
Utrolig arrogant medarbejder. Prøver at snyde folk til at betale ekstra. Nægter opgradering selvom man er guld-medlem. Du får tildelt ryger-værelser. Vi måtte skrifte værelser 3 gange under vores ophold. Badeværelse var utæt og lugtede kraftigt af kloak. Gammelt og slidt hotel. Slet ikke 5 stjerne værd.

I don’t know how and why this hotel is rated five star. My husband and I stayed 4 nights in this hotel for our anniversary and we had the worst experience. Upon arrival, check in took very long. The reception said the room is being “inspected” and hence it is taking long. We stepped into our room and noticed the AC wasn’t working, there was no working plug in the washroom AND the shower drain was clogged. The first 4 hours of our stay was wasted dealing with the hotel’s technician coming to our room trying to fix things. He put a long corded extension from the washroom into the room so we could use our blow dryer! The tubs in this hotel is so small that you can’t shower without having your arms touching the walls on the side. The tub itself was filthy as well and the shower was leaking. I’m not sure why our room took so long to get “inspected” and yet NOTHING was working properly. We spent so much money and I feel like we were ripped off. This was NOT a pleasant nor memorable experience for us and we would not go back to this hotel.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences that were encountered during your stay. On the other hand, please allow me to add some balance to your review:You arrived to the hotel at 14:44 hrs , since there was no deluxe rooms ready during that time, you were advised just to wait for few minutes . At 14:55 hrs , which means 11 minutes later, room was ready and you were checked in . So, your check in was according to the standard check in time which is 1500 hrs.When your husband approached the reception in the evening and stated that, you were not happy with the room, we have immediately changed your room with free upgrade to one of the best Executive suites without any additional cost as a courtesy , which was not mentioned in your review . Thank you again for your patronage and your feedback. We deeply regret not having been able to provide you with the complete stay experience you deserve and expected. We hope that you will give us the opportunity to make it up to you and we remain at your service.Best regards,The Grand Millennium Dubai team

Staff are very friendly and location of hotel is excellent, 25mins to airport and 15mins to internet city, malls etc. Sushi Buffet is excellent with 2 for 2 happy hour 9pm - 11pm. Unfortunately the property is fairly dated and this shows clearly with amenities and towels are very hard and off white due to age.

Very nice room, very professional and friendly staff. Great upgrade and good location. I was in a business trip I enjoyed the hotel.
