My stay at the resort was excellent overall. However, I had one very bad experience at the reception with one of the nighttime shift managers, named Mr. Ali. He was being very impolite, unpleasant, rude, and not at all customer service-oriented. His actions amply demonstrated that he had no prior experience interacting with hotel visitors. I have been on this property in the past and had no problems at all, but regrettably, due to the actions of one employee, I must rate the staff this time at 1. To be honest, I would have pursued legal action if it had happened to me in the United Kingdom. I would want to ask the upper management of the hotel if they may train their managers to at least have some consideration for the hotel's guests.

Generally a good hotel. Our stay was a mixture of work and leisure - and worked fine for both. No complaint about the room or food. Cleaning was good. Service was - sometimes poor = slow/ late - but in general quite OK.

Otima opção para hospedagem em Dubai
Viagem incrível e hotel super bom e limpinho e 24x7. Internet boa. Ficamos em um quarto maravilhoso com antessala e cabiam 3 pessoas tranquilamente. Tinha um banheiro adicional ... toalhas ótimas, chuveiro maravilhoso com Box que fecha por completo, sem barulho algum e café da manhã ótimo. Não usamos a parte de lazer do hotel, mas parecia ser boa também. Unica coisa que não é tão bem localizado, um pouco longe das atrações e precisa de carro, mesmo assim para chegar em qq local, tipo Mall levava 30 minutos.

Good hotel but worst pool
Overall the hotel is fine, the rooms are comfortable Big. Breakfast - was decent nothing special, alot of indian cruisine and abit western. Pool - pool was probably the worst in the hotel, if you are looking for a hotel with Sun, forget about it. The pool only have Sun for taning from 09.00 to approx 11.00 after that there is no Sun, only shadow.. Location - fine, however its not on jumeirah Road, its located on al Mina Road which is more or less in the old dubai end.
