Best value for money in Dubai

I spent 3 nights at Marmara Hotel Apartments and I can't do anything but confirm all of the great reviews you can read about it! Convenienty located in Mall of the Emirates zone, this block of apartments is just a few steps from one of the biggest malls in Dubai and the metro station. The apartments are very good: spacious, clean, well furnished and fully equipped with a/c, kitchen and free wifi. The service is quite good: the staff very kind and helpful. We found a complimentary bottle of water per day and a set of amenities which made our stay more and more confortable. The possibility of using the swimming pool and the spa for free is a strong benefit that makes the stay great! Another plus is represented by the free shuttle to the mall and the beach of Jumeirah. Fantastic! The price is very honest if considering the value for money. To conclude, I definitely recommend this accommodation for all those who want the perfect base to start discovering the amazing city of Dubai.

Good stay

Big sized apartments, we stayed in a one bed apartment which one had stand in balcony which we were slightly dissapointed with. Kitchen is well equipped however they do not have a toaster which i was slightly dissapointed with. Bathroom is little dated don't like the fact they have shower curtains. Staff are very helpful. Location is great as its close to MOE and easy to get onto the main roads. Overall was a good stay for what we paid for.

Nice location in Barsha

This hotel is fine for business and leisure travelers that are not stick to Dubai's most shiny areas like Marina and Downtown. The significant lower prices in this area are attractive and the area is much more lively than thought at first sight. The area has not many big brands but a more authentic and local atmosphere. The hotel is good value for money. It is not a luxury hotel but rather a mid class hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The couch and table chairs where a bit too soft to be comfortable. Bed was fine and daily cleaning worked well. Pool on the roof is smal but nice to relax. Bed and towels available for free. Free parking and WiFi.

nice hotel

Arrived early morning not expecting to check in at that time ,but within 10 minutes were given a room upgrade and allowed in room and did not have to waste the day waiting around. room was on 2 floors with bedroom on top floor, plenty of wardrobe space in bedroom and extra wardrobe down stairs , fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer, spacious living room with table and chairs plus sofa and chair . tv upstairs and down ,extra large balcony. only one fault no washing up material ie washing up cloth washing up liquid or tea towel although not a big item would have been handy. breakfast had plenty to chose from and staff were extremely friendly and efficient as were all staff in the hotel.overall a most enjoyable stay and look forward to returning

Great hotel close to the Mall

Had a great time at this hotel . Staffs were pleasant and very accommodating .Breakfast was nice with variety of selections.Our room was big and clean with 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds.The hotel was about 5-minutes away from the Mall of the Emirates by shuttle which they provided on a scheduled basis .There was a shulttle also going to the beach . I am very happy with this hotel as far as location and service .Will recommend it to anybody needing a hotel near the Mall of the Emirates .Thank you to all the staff in the reception, breakfast area (specially Lazaro and his buddy who helped us with metro directions) ,housekeeping staff .Kudos to all . A place to be really comfortable in Dubai

A very nice place with kind people.- Parking, a good restaurant and all the possibilities to enjoy Dubai.- Although we would have liked to have a dishwasher, the whole place was right.-

Zalig hotel met perfecte locatie

Heel vriendelijk personeel en zeer nette kamers! Elke dag kregen we een grote fles water gratis. Het water van het zwembad is goed gekoeld, maar niet extreem. Ligging is perfect, tussen Marina en Burj Khalifa in.

Hotel was close to the mall and two grocery stores

The hotel is not bad but the breakfast is horrible!!!! that is the only reason why I would never return. Management needs to visit other hotels and learn what should be served for breakfast for an international visitors example for OAT meal do not mix it with milk. Let visitors mix for themselves. I recommend more breakfast choices by asking feed back from several guests.

Outstanding Staff

I have stayed at the Marmara several times over the last two years. Great Value! Always clean, good food, Great WiFi and location. But I stay because of the people. Best Staff in Dubai! Period. They accommodate your needs and make sure you have what is you need to have a great stay. I have stayed at multiple hotels all over Dubai. But I come back because of the Staff. Close to the Mall and plenty of food locations behind the hotel.

Apartment style hotel close to Subway

Check in was great. Although I arrived at 2 am in the morning staff was courteous and gave me an upgrade to full suite. Room was spacious but the furniture looked very old. There were stains on the carpet. Otherwise the room was clean. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean Pros: big room, close to the mall and transportation. Cons: you can hear and SMELL everything happening in the adjacent room! Woke up to very strong smell of onions cooking. Smell lingered even when I opened all the windows! "Fitness center" in the hotel is a joke. Equipment is older than I am and the room is the size of a broom closet. Few equipment they have either don't work or not safe. Breakfast is very basic. I don't think it warrants the money they charge. Overall, I think there are better hotels nearby at the same price range.

موقع الفندق بعيد وقديم يصلح للي بيطلع النت يمشي الحال السرير غير مريح كفايه قريب منه محل غسيل وكي الملابس قريب من مجمع الأمارات مول سعره مناسب مع مراعات دفع ١٠ دراهم عن كل ليله الغرفه العاديه فيها صاله ومطبخ وحمام في الصاله وحمام في غرفه النوم انا افضل الأقامه في شارع الشيخ زايد المرات القادمه

Very friendly & helpful staff

The staff were very obliging, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room very spacious, comfortable beds, great for family's. Very close to Mall of Emirates, where you can catch train to most places eg. Dubai Mall & The old part of Dubai, souks etc.

Convenient and fuss-free

The BAD: Housekeeping standards and counter staff friendliness vary from day to day, and from one staff member to another. The GOOD: Free parking available. Very easy access to supermarkets for supplies, and very near to Mall of the Emirates. Kitchen area adequately stocked up. Appliances come with easy to follow instructions.

staff overall was very uncooperative. They were very rigid with there conduct, dint even allow my guests to visit my room during my stay. The parking had alot of smell of the gutter and stuff.
