Pessimo hotel e pessima assistenza di hotels.com
Hanno cancellato la prenotazione, addebitato la prima notte e adesso negano l'addebito e non vogliono restituirmi quanto prelevato. L'assistenza "gold" di hotels.com è stata completamente inutile, dopo 3 chiamate da più di 1 ora ciascuna mi hanno detto di vedermela da solo con l'hotel. Senza parole.

Hotel bellissimo centrale con piscina e palestra situato di fronte il Museo del Futuro sulla via principale di Dubai.Ristorante con ottima ed abbondante colazione per tutti i gusti.Personale gentile e professionale,attento alle esigenze dei clienti.Facilita’estrema per prendere un taxi fuori l’uscita è solo pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere la metropolitana .Consigliatissimo.

I do not recommend it.
Ot meeds some good refurbishing in particular for the rooms, old fashion. And there is an unpleasant smell in the floor. Impossible to have breakfast: very messy, insuffocient room and waiters kind of lost managing it. Thenonly good point is just the location.

L'hotel è molto bello, pulito e in ottima posizione . 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e in zona centrale per raggiungere ogni destinazione anche con il taxi.Colazione abbondante, piscina comoda, palestra funzionale, personale gentilissimo. Unica pecca gli asciugamani, sono davvero da rinnovare e non in linea con un hotel a 5 stelle , il resto tutto perfetto.

Ottima la pulizia così come la colazione ed i servizi durante l’happy hour. Malissimo la camera. Prenotato una suite per 4 persone, ci siamo ritrovati un letto matrimoniale (bello grande, è finita qui niente da dire), ed un solo divano letto da poco più di una piazza (e non sto esagerando), dove avrebbero dovuto dormire due ragazzi di 17 e 15 anni. Dopo due giorni di continue lamentele e richieste di aggiungere un altro divano letto, finalmente siamo riusciti ad ottenere quanto richiesto. Più e più volte dalla reception (servizio pessimo) ci veniva detto che in hotel non avevano disponibilità di un divano letto supplementare.... Non proprio un hotel a 5 stelle direi ...

La posizione dell'albergo è buona a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro che con 2 fermate ti porta Al Dubai Mall. Essendo una famiglia di 4 adulti abbiamo richiesto un loft di circa 50 mq che è risultato composto di camera da letto per i genitori con annesso bagno, un secondo bagno senza bidet, una area living con angolo cucina che permette di preparare la prima colazione. Nota stonata e che i figli si trovano a dormire nell'area living su un divano letto + un letto aggiuntivo che abbiamo dovuto richiedere successivamente, entrambi non troppo comodi a e senza la possibilità di chiudere completamente le tende in quanto non è previsto che zona possa essere totalmente al buio.

The place to stay close to Dubai exhbition centre
This Crowne Plaza is very conveniently located close Dubai Trade Centre, which is easily reachable by walk in 10 mins. The hotel itself had its days but still it is kept quite well, catering a different array of restaurants to please any palate.

Sempre ottimo
Ci sono tornato dopo 5 anni (vi feci 4 mesi di fila) ed è sempre il solito ottimo hotel che ricordavo. Servizio efficiente, stanza pulita e comoda. Nella stanza, inoltre, vi è anche un ferro da stiro ed un'asse nel caso dobbiate stirarvi le camicie. La posizione è comoda, sulla Sheikh Zayed, e a circa 200 m vi è la stazione della metro.

good but not fantastic
Hotel is in good position for wtc, just 10min walk. Room was ok, and in the hotel you can find pub, resturants (differents types), training room, pool.... The only thing that it didn't like is the breakfast space that is too small for an hotel of this dimension; tables are very closed and few space to walk around, when, in the morning mainly, persons like to have space to move. I also think that the room rate is little bit high for the hotel that appears a little bit old. Anyway, in general a good hotel.

Lot of Clubs, not for family.
The rooms are very good included a good quality Forniture.All the staff are really kindly. International breakfast. The entrance at the down street level is not so good and always crowded. The bars are not so good and quite old. Too many discotheque/clubs. Not suggested for family.

Ottima posizione centrale
Sono appena tornata da Dubai , ho soggiornato con mio marito in queso hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Avevamo monolocale con letto King size , la camera era spaziosa con soggiorno e piccolo angolo cottura attrezzato di tutto. Personale gentilissimo, colazione abbondantissima. Navetta gratuita per Dubai mall e spiaggia. Ho avuto anche la piacevole sorpresa di trovare una torta di compleanno con lettera di auguri visto che durante il mio soggiorno compivo gli anni. L'hotel è vicinissimo al metro e comunque i taxi sono abbordabilissimi. Ho letto recensioni di altri clienti che considerano il Crowne Plaza vecchiotto, io direi classico ma perfetto e pulitissimo. Quindi lo consiglierei assolutamente.

Albergo in buona posizione.
L'albergo è ben posizionato ed ha vicino la fermata della metro. Belle stanze, buona la pulizia e ragazze al servizio breakfast davvero brave.

Albergo di livello in posizione centrale
All'arrivo pur se di mattina si sono attivati per assegnarci la camera con un upgrade gratuito del livello. Eccellente. Durante tutto il soggiorno il personale era a disposizione per agevolare la vacanza per ogni desiderio. Personale numeroso e gentile. Ottimo anche il ristorante brasiliano nella stessa struttura.

The only thing keeping this Hotel up and running is the employees. Every single employee was helpful, smiling, polite, and extremely professional. Special thanks to Douglas who solved my room issue promptly and with a smile. Thank you to Hany from the Irish pub who was so welcoming and recommended some amazing cocktails and tried everything to make me feel good since I was traveling alone. The location is amazing with 5 minutes walk to two different metro stations The pool has an amazing view of the museum of the future Now, this hotel is very very old. No phone charger or outlet by the bed side. Breakfast is like a wild Zoo and the same options every day tailored more towards Indian dishes but the breakfast employee are amazing and always attending to all guests even though it was extremely crowded This is a conference hotel so the lobby is always busy and crowded I don’t want to say for sure , but I got bites all over my body while staying there and it looks like bed bugs bites

Pleasant hotel, reasonably central. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but a little basic. Shower was in a bath and a bit weak. No electrical outlets on the bedside tables for convenient overnight charging.
