Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A minimum fee of AED 4,500 will be charged for deep cleaning, odor removal, and compensating the next guest if relocation is required.

Lost Access Cards
Lost or unreturned access cards will incur a minimum replacement fee of AED 700 per card.

Late Check-Out
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged at a minimum of AED 400 per hour (even partial hours). If this delays cleaning or affects the next guest, additional fees or refund costs may apply.

Damaged or Missing Items
Towels, bed linens, or covers that are missing or heavily stained must be replaced. Charges range from AED 50 to AED 200 per item.

Left-Behind Items
Items left behind after check-out will only be kept for a limited period. If return is requested, a handling and delivery fee will apply.

Damages
Please report any damages immediately. This allows us to repair or replace items promptly and avoid further charges.

Tidy-Up Before Leaving
Before check-out, kindly keep the apartment tidy and return any moved furniture to its original position.

Trash Disposal
Please dispose of all trash in the designated garbage room of the building.

Noise and Quiet Hours
Avoid excessive noise, especially during designated quiet hours. Violations may result in a minimum penalty of AED 600.

Candles and Open Flames
The use of candles, incense, or any open flame is not allowed due to fire safety regulations.

Temporary Maintenance or Amenity Closures
Please note that occasional maintenance work may affect building amenities such as the pool, gym, or parking without prior notice. These matters are beyond our control and do not entitle guests to refunds.

Utility Disruptions
While we ensure all facilities are in working order, temporary disruptions in electricity, water, internet, or gas supply may occur due to building or municipal issues. These do not warrant refunds.

Same-Day Bookings
For same-day bookings, we require at least one hour of preparation time after all guests have completed the online check-in and submitted valid ID copies.

Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Guest Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay, including by their visitors. Any fines issued due to guest behavior may be passed on to the guest.
