• Last-minute reservations (within 24-hrs) may have a 6:00 PM check-in instead of 3:00 PM.
• Maximum occupancy is 5 at a time.
• Valid ID required at booking confirmation and check-in.
• Hen, stag, or similar parties are not allowed.
• Keep noise minimal to avoid disturbing neighbours, especially during quiet hours.
• Please take care of furniture and property facilities during your stay.
• AED 200 fee for late check-out after 11:00 AM without approval.
• AED 550 penalty for smoking or property damage.
• AED 1000 penalty for per keycard, key lost
