Struttura ubicata nelle vicinanze dei mezzi pubblici. Vicino ad un grosso supermercato carrefour. Ottima la navetta gratuita per il parco di mamzar e per ka vicina cittadina di deira ove é presente il collegamento con dubai center a mezzo metropolitana. Pulizia eccellente ed il personale della reception estremamente gentile. Struttura ideale sia per coppi che per famiglie con bambini ed anche per giovani.

Se lo dovrei riscegliere non lo farei
Ho prenotato questo hotel per alcuni fattori Perché nella descrizione dice Di dare navetta gratuita (per le zone limitrofe) Ma non è Così in quanto la navetta Fa 3 viaggi al giorno 10 di mattina parte dal hotel e porta alla vicina spiaggia 2 del pomeriggio parte dal hotel e porta alla vicina spiaggia E alle 2:15 ti viene a prendere (non è sicuro tutto ciò in quanto l’autista un giorno non è passato proprio e per fortuna avevamo il cell e ho chiamato uber ) senno eravamo rimasti a piedi Ho riferito il Tutto alla reception e si sono scusati Niente di più . Alle 4 ti accompagna alla metro di Deira E poi basta finite le corse oltre quel. Orario dovete organizzarvi voi aggiungo che tutto ciò lo dovete sempre prenotare 1 ora prima (sennò il servizio ) Non è disponibile perché ogni volta devono Chimare l’autista Per gli orari scudetti Aggiungo a tutto ciò che la piscina È stata per tutto il periodo che siamo stati noi 10 giorni in manutenzione Cioè la sanno rifacendo da capo e quindi molto probabilmente non sarà pronta prima di agosto Dello staff tutti disponibili Ad esaudire le Tue richieste State lontani dalla persona che si trova al interno che cerca per forza di affittarvi l’auto o vendervi Qualche pacchetto con i prezzi 3 volte superiori Se c’è chiedete di Angelito molto disponibile E cordiale alla reception Come detto tutto sommato buona vacanza ma se dovrei ritornare non lo sceglierei più Per quello suddetto evitatelo

Scomodita'
Purtroppo nella fretta ho sbagliato la prenotazione, io sono a Dubai tutti i mesi x almeno 10 giorni, la conosco bene. Lo stesso hotel si trova lontanissimo dalle stazioni della metropolitana e per riuscire a prendere un taxi ci vogliono dai 30 minuti in su. Impossibile essere puntuali agli appuntamenti. Non c'e' neanche un bar vicino.

All good 😊 just this time we went for breakfast we ask if they were having shashouka that is an Arabic dish of eggs and tomato . When they brought it was scrambled eggs , they try to excuse themselves saying that is the way is cooked however I been living in Middle East for 11 years and I know is not like that. I even show them a picture in google. But they say that is the way they cooked at the hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Tolle Zimmer, bzw Appartments mit Raumaufteilung. An einigen Stellen ist das Alter der Unterkunft sichtbar. Das ist nicht störend hindert aber eine hervorragende Bewertung. Der Pool hat eine gute Lage. Insgesamt ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Staff were great & helpful & even upgrade us from delux rooms to 2 room suite with no added fees, But The price compared to the place is not worth it. As the place is old. And the cleanliness of the bedrooms and the kitchen needs to be monitored more, and it is also preferable to use insecticides in the place. Pay attention to washing and sterilizing sheets and pillows well from dirt and odors

Utrolig skuffende ophold for så vidt angår den samlede oplevelse. Generelt meget dårlig kommunikation mellem de ansatte. Vi havde booket en lejlighed til 6 personer med fuldt udstyret køkken. Vi ankom til et tomt køkken og det tog personalet 3 dage at skaffe service til 6 personer. Livredderen ved hotellets pool havde dagligt travlt med at tale i telefon og se serier på sin telefon. Værelserne og hotellets faciliteter er generelt slidte og beskidte. Morgenmadsbuffeten er udemærket. Det samme er hotellets fitnessrum.

There was a leak from the roof by the kitchen towards the end of the trip. This was fixed but it was a hazard, as we had a baby with us. The customer service at breakfast was good and friendly. They staff was cooperative and friendly.

Do not stay here
Terrible nights stay in two bedroom apartment. Out of date food in the fridge, previous occupants hair extensions in the kitchen drawer, body hair in the beds, ripped linen, mirrors not cleaned, no smoking room stank of smoke like an 90’s night club and furniture was run down to stay the least.. would never stay here again for any reason
