Hotel in ottimi condizioni generali, completo di ogni comfort. camera spaziosa e pulita. palestra ok. colazione bene. Posizionato per me in una zona strategica per raggiungere facilmente il world trade center.

I couldn’t sleep because the music from the night bar was very loud and even when I changed the room I couldn’t sleep. 4 unbelievable nights. I extended the room for 2 nights and the receptionist didn’t give me the receipt, during the checkout they ask me to pay again and they act in very bad moods. Who knows if they’ll refund me or I just paid two time the same night… Anyway never again in this worst hotel

L'unico problema riscontrato e stata la stanza non insonorizzata la mia dava sul cortile con ristorante e mega schermo si sentiva musica alta fino alle 3 del mattino stanza n.370 devono rifare gli infissi.

Era la prima volta che ci andavo, l’albergo è in un’ottima posizione, bella struttura, ottimo sia il ristorante a buffet, sia il ristorante indiano! Il servizio dell’albergo è stato impeccabile, devo ringraziare tutto lo staff per l’ottima assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno! Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!!

La camera era spaziosa e ben arredata ma affacciava all'interno della struttura e non alla luce diretta. L'ubicazione è funzionale per il centro e i maggiori centri commerciali. Soggiorno molto confortevole e bella piscina. Da ritornare sicuramente.

Hotel grazioso, ma datatao e distante dal centro e dalla marina che ritengo sia la zona piu' bella e dinamica di notte Il ristorant eindiano ottimo, con perosnale molto gentile e disponibile, prezzi abbastanza alti Pulizia della camera sufficiente. Nell'Htel si trova anche un pub inglese e d un 'altro ristorante nella lounge dove il cibo e' ottimo e vario ( conasigliata la cenza che e' anche economica rispetto ad altri risptoranti) L apiscina piccola al 5 piano ma confortevole e sufficiente per godersi sole e qualche nuotata Immediatamente fuori dall'Hotel c'e0 il nignt club ( discoteca) frequentata per lo piu' da indiani e qualche locale Tutto sommato, Hotel gradevole ma con con quella cifra esistono alternative piu' valide a Dubai

Buon albergo
Il Movenpick è un buon albergo, forse più verso le 4 stelle che le 5. La struttura è nuova e le camere sono confortevoli. E' vicno all'ospedale americano ma è lontano sia dalla downtown che dalla vecchia Dubai: è un po' scomodo e per spostarsi occorre sempre il taxi (ottimi i Dubai taxi). E' consigliabile più per affari che per leisure. Ottima ed abbondante la colazione alla mattina.

The moment the taxi driver dropped me off I was treated by the most graceful kindest valet staff and then they took my luggage to the front desk. The front dest personnel including the manager are absolutely amazing professional kind and upgraded my stay as I have a 6Million views account on Google Maps where I review hotels and restaurants. I am extremely grateful for the BEST northern Indian food in the world … you have a collection of wonderful restaurants… I am craving it right now while back in Los Angeles California USA . I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Movenpick Hotel in Dubai, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows.On the positive side, the hotel's location is exceptional. Situated in a central area, it offers easy access to various shops and is conveniently close to the airport. This aspect makes it a convenient choice for travelers looking to explore the city or those in transit. However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the customer service, particularly at the reception. The staff, led by Mr. Omar, left much to be desired in terms of hospitality. I encountered a particularly unpleasant experience during my stay when I sought assistance for a 5-day extension. Mr. Omar not only proved unhelpful but also charged me three times the regular price for the extension. This unexpected and exorbitant cost was a significant disappointment, and it left me questioning the integrity of the hotel's pricing policies. I would caution future guests that Movenpick Hotel might be best suited for shorter stays, perhaps one or two nights. The longer duration of my stay revealed shortcomings in service and pricing that may not be apparent during a brief visit. Moreover, the claim of the hotel being peaceful is questionable. The presence of a DJ in the evenings creates a lively atmosphere, but it might not be ideal for guests seeking a tranquil and quiet environment. The noise levels can be a hindrance to those looking for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration.

Very nice hotel with good buffet restaurant. Nice, bright and clean rooms. It was bit noisy from the live music going on on ground floor. Also, I was very disappointed when I went with my 5 y o son to the children's room (forgot the name) and most of the toys there standing on the shelf very severely damaged. I didn't expect that.

Single bed, not comfortable, not recommended.
The room had two single beds while i made sure to point out that we are 2 adults and 2 children! Other than that, the staff was very friendly and professional. And the room service was good.

Das ist definitiv kein 5-Sterne Hotel. Das Personal sind unprofessional, unfreundlich. Wir haben halbpension gebucht, das Essen war nicht gut, zu wenig Sorten und vor allem sehr unhygienisch, der Koch am Frühstück hat die Omlett Zutaten mit Hand hinzugefügt!!!!! Das Zimmer war klein und nicht gut ausgestattet. Fenster sind nicht gut isolieret
