Please provide your approximate arrival time in advance, as check-in is conducted in person.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM until midnight. Arrivals after midnight may be accommodated with prior arrangement and are subject to an additional charge.



★ DURING YOUR STAY ★

• Additional mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

• Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM.

• Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

• Last-minute extensions may incur additional charges if scheduled cleaning needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

• Please return all access cards in good condition upon check-out.

• Lost access cards are charged at AED 500 per card.

• This is a holiday home rather than a hotel. Daily housekeeping is not included unless arranged separately.



★ POOL ACCESS NOTICE ★

The swimming pool at Rimal 4 is currently under renovation. During this period, guests may use the swimming pools at Rimal 5 and Rimal 6.



Before arrival, guests must choose one of the following damage-protection options:

* An AED 2,500 refundable security deposit, refunded after check-out following the property inspection, provided no damage or missing items are identified; or

* Non-refundable Damage Insurance at AED 40 / €10 per night.

Guests will select and complete their preferred option through the secure online guest portal after booking. The selected option must be completed before check-in instructions are issued.



UTILITIES:

DEWA included up to AED 500 per 30 nights

District cooling included up to AED 500 per 30 nights

Any excess is charged to the guest.
