Ottimo albergo
Alloggiato in una junior suite con vista su fontane e Burj Khalifa. La stanza in effetti è un mini alloggio con cucina completa dotata di forno tradizionale e microonde lavastoviglie e frigo, ampio bagno con vasca e doccia, asse e ferro da stiro. Buona anche la variegata scelta dei cibi nel ristorante. Menzione speciale a tutto il personale per la cordialità e la disponibilità nei nostri confronti in particolare Hamada e Shazan. Se un giorno vorremo tornare a Dubai sceglieremo nuovamente il Ramada Downtown.

Ottimo appartamento con vista fontane
Ho scelto questo hotel/residence per la vicinanza a Dubai Mall. Si può raggiungerlo a piedi in 20 minuti, caldo permettendo. A fianco dell'hotel c'è un supermarket che sopperisce all'assenza di un minibar. La cucina offre frigo, lavastoviglie e piano cottura. C'è anche la lavatrice. Ho apprezzato molto il balconcino vista fontane. Il livello delle finiture non è pari ad altri che ho provato in zona, ma comunque buono.

Posizione perfetta
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel una settimana, il personale è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La piscina è adeguata e i teli mare sono forniti dall'hotel. La posizione è perfetta , si è a 10min a piedi dal Dubai Mall, fontane danzanti e Burj Khalifa e in ogni caso ad orari prestabiliti ci sono navette gratuite per la metropolitana e il Dubai Mall. La nostra stanza (1 bedroom city view) era enorme, pulita e completa di tutto, niente da dire. L'unica cosa è che la colazione non è compresa nel prezzo, il costo è nella media degli Emirati Arabi, circa 15€ a testa al giorno, bisogna però dire che avendo un appartamento a tutti gli effetti basta fare un minimo di spesa al Dubai Mall e prepararsi la colazione da soli per risparmiarsi il costo. Se volete stare in centro il rapporto qualità/prezzo del Ramada Downtown è in assoluto il migliore.

Prenotata Suite con camera cucina e bagno al 25 piano con balcone, comodissima la cucina e sotto al hotel un piccolo marchet che aveva di tutto

Disorganizzati e maleducati, camere OK e posizione hotel ottima.
Al nostro arrivo alle 15:15 la camera non era ancora pronta, dovevamo attendere 1 ora ma avevamo un appuntamento e non potendo aspettare ci hanno fatto cambiare negli spogliatoi della palestra dove tra l'altro c'erano gli operai che facevano manutenzione ... Siamo rientrati dopo cena e ci hanno assegnato una camera diversa da quella prenotata. Non era quella prenotata overlooking fontana e Burj Khalifa ma dalla parte opposta, sopra il cantiere di un nuovo palazzo in costruzione. Tutta la notte i rumori degli operai e macchinari provenienti dal cantiere aperto sottostante non ci hanno fatto dormire. Molto scortesi e maleducati, gli addetti alla reception che se ne sono completamente lavati le mani rinnegando l'evidenza di quanto scritto nella prenotazione sotto i loro occhi !!! La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, le camere sono buone ... peccato ma io non ci ritornerò mai più.

Had the best stay in Ramada. It is walking distance to many restaurants and Dubai mall. They were very attentive and they also offer free shuttle services to certain places. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff, excellent convenient rooms with amenities for a family with three children. Views of Burj Khalifa and fountain were amazing. In room laundry, kitchen and the balcony were a huge plus.

Hotel is perfectly clean and the location is ideal for the fountains. View from room was fantastic. But the staff (bar one or two) were frankly rude and too busy on there mobile phones most of the time to even acknowledge you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and convenient for a lot of the attractions we wanted to do and we could watch the fountain show from our balcony. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. We would definitely stay there again.

La atención, la amabilidad, los deliciosos desayunos, el servicio de restaurante, el tamaño de la habitación, la cercanía con el Dubai Mall, la tienda de conveniencia a la par del hotel. Maravillosa ubicación. Nos pareció que al baño le faltaba un poquito más de detalle, y la secadora duraba horas para secar la ropa.

The ramada is a lovely hotel in down town. You can see the burj Khalifa and dubai mall and water fountain show. the hotel is clean, lovely and service àmazing. the room is a bit dated but the room was spacious which is not usually in dubai. Breakfast was amazing. i would stay here again .

The reception staff were amazing at check-in and the door men were equally amazing. The property was great, however I would stay here just because we were treated so well!! Keep up the good work! Also, we ordered room service and the food was very very good!

This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting downtown Dubai. It is a few minutes walk to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The staff were excellent and all aspects and especially helpful to us getting around and seeing Dubai. The food was good and plentiful.
