Mancanza dell'igiene
Hanno problemi con la manutenzione degli impianti di scarico/fogna nel basement dove continuano a ripararli senza successo - in 4 gg di ns. permanenza - 3 volte di seguito al parcheggio B2 si sentiva l'odore disumano..... In più , sempre al parcheggio, vivono gatti randaggi che dormono sulle auto ... Asciugamani e accappatoio ogni tanto trovati sporchi mah.... per un hotel di 4 stelle!!! direi usando un eufemismo è una mancanza dell'igiene ...

Everything was good. But even it’s 4 star hotel they don’t have microwave in room. Parking is not included it’s AED30 for each day. breakfast is good but there isn’t have any meat option. Good staffs, easy shopping area there are lots of shopping mall shops. Near to visit places. 15-20 minutes drive for any visit place

O hotel é muito bom e sua localização perfeita. Perto do metrô e muitas opções de mercados e lojas. Nossa estadia foi ótima e todo o pessoal de grande gentileza. Como observação acho que é um hotel antigo que precisa de algumas reformas .

Rummet var stor men nackdelen var att 2 vuxna och 2 barn fick 1 kingsize säng för 4 personer som var trångt. Ingen bäddsoffa i rummet. Dem kunde fixa en extra säng men dem ville ha extra betal ca 450kr extra per natt. Borde på 4 våning men man hörde musiken från baren som var på botten plan till kl 3 på morgonen.

Overall the property is ok for a short stay but not close to most tourist attractions. The benefits is that it is 5 minutes from a metro station so you can get around easily and cheap if you don’t want to bother renting a car. Breakfast was very mediocre. Rooms are dated but the beds were comfortable. Service was very good. There is not much around the hotel and the area is a bit “dicey”.

Family room was very specious, breakfast almost indian cuisine no more option . The problem happened when my kids Wana use swimming pool and they said only 30min for guest that what I never see in all my life in any hotel .how I will adjust my kids to swim only 30 min

교통편이 좋았어요.
시설 자체는 오래 되고 좀 시끄러운 편입니다. 그러나 Staff 가 친절했고, 교통이 metro 바로 근처라서 관광하기엔 좋았습니다. 비교적 저렴한 가격에 괜찮은 호텔이라고 생각합니다.

Wedding Anniversary Getaway
Overall we had an excellent stay Staff are so friendly , they welcomed us great! It’s close to the Metro Train, and easy access to go anywhere! We bought the GOLD CARD for the metro train which is a VIP seat to take the Metro. I recommend Oprah the receptionist lady she was above and beyond helping us during our Stay!

The only reason that i would term property,s service as pathetic because they refused to refund my money for 6 nights. I would term it money fraud. After staying for 6 nights, i cancelled the remaining 6 nights but they refused refund without any valid reason. There was no such policy in the booking and still i have receieve any written lolucy from the proprty.
