Your stay includes a private parking space and ample visitor parking for added convenience. Nearby, explore Nakheel Mall featuring a cinema, top brands like Boss and Calvin Klein, Fitness First gym, Waitrose supermarket and an array of restaurants.



Perfect for families or friends looking to create lasting memories in Dubai, this apartment boasts a generous living area complete with a cozy couch and TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. Additionally, you will find a spacious dining area with a table invites you to enjoy meals together.



The kitchen is equipped with top amenities, including a washing machine for added convenience. Step out onto the balcony to soak in breathtaking views and savour your morning coffee amidst the picturesque surroundings. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this retreat features a master bedroom with a king bed, alongside a second bedroom with a double bed ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable stay.



You will find hotel-grade bed linen and towels, along with initial toiletries like shampoo and soaps, ensuring a comfortable arrival experience. Additionally, I will provide complimentary tea and coffee with enough to get you started until you can get to the supermarket.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.

⋆ Building Facilities: Access to facilities is complimentary and will be provided by the concierge. Access cards will only be provided subject to availability.

Don’t Stay At All

Pros - location Cons: not well maintained - kitchen sink leaked (had to put pan to catch water)- Dishwasher floods kitchen when used- circuit breakers trip off constantly- balcony screed door ripped from frame - Clothes dryer inoperable - house smells musty and wet from washing machine- 3rd bedroom is in laundry room (smells)- Toaster didn’t work - not cleaned well (mirror had wrting on it and trash stuck between sofas)- Porperty management unable to fix any of the issues (said unable to enter property)All of these should have been fixed before any guest arrives. This tells me no one is properly managing the apt.
Mirror not cleaned (writing on mirror from previous guest. Housecleaning is not wiping down mirrors)
Pan placed underneath sink to catch leaking water (smelled musty so probably an active leaks for some time)
Smelly washer and broken dryer that does not work this is also the 3rd bedroom
