Nothing was ever reported to offer you an immediate alternate room. Since you have posted this review under Anonymous, we cannot identify the particular room you have stayed in. The Hotel Management has nevertheless carried out a detailed service Audit in all the 112 rooms to locate and identify your observations. We could not find any anomaly. The hotel has a monthly Pest control procedure in place and we have never received any ant issues reported from any of the guests at Savoy Crest.
