L'AREA NON E' DI PARTICOLARE INTERESSE MA LA STRUTTURA E' UBICATA IN POSIZIONE COMODISSIMA: UNA DECINA DI METRI DALLA FERMATA "DEIRA CITY CENTRE" DELLA METROPOLITANA. I emailed and asked if we could check-in earlier as we would be checking out at 3am and was told there is a charge for early check-in and late check-out, asked about breakfast ignored. We arrived and was told check-in is at 2pm. At 2pm told a smoking room was available, but our booking was non-smoking, offered another smoking room but had to wait for it to be cleaned. Microwave doesn't work, toaster trips the fuse, TV won't work, toaster doesn't work. You have to lower/increase volume TV from the TV itself. Was told microwave would be replaced, they didn't do it, had to ask them again for them to replace. Bathroom kept smelling of curry. I provided online feedback and the day before we check-out receieved a courtesy call to say they will check everything so I said we're checking out what's the point. Just really dissapointing, only advantage next to Deira City Centre and Metro.

It is near the airport and just next to the metro station. There is a big shopping mall and number of supermarkets in walking distance as well as bunch of good and inexpensive dining options. I was upgraded to a bigger apartment at the reception (from studio to one bedroom) which was very nice. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Not a good stay
We’ve stayed here before and we were surprised at how much it had changed in just a few years. Easy check in but charged a resort fee but it’s not a resort. Even I asked she said she didn’t know. There are no resort amenities that she could list. The rooms used to have numerous towels but now just have one hand towel and two towels. No wash clothes at all. No soaps or shampoo just dispensers with nothing marked as to what they were. A very bad orange stain in the tub and it was dirty. The kitchen has very little dishes, a pot and one pan. No dish liquid or way of washing dishes. The floors were dirty and you could feel things crushing under your shoes. The furniture is very hard so you cannot sit on it for very long. The internet was horrible but complaining did not good. The room would not stay cool and had a bad smell that they only css as me and sprayed s freshener that only masked the smell. They never offered to move us.

It also came as a surprise to us, considering how satisfied you were during your previous stays these past years. On that note, we believe that you are mistaken when you referred to a resort fee since you also know that we are a city hotel, and the only fee (payable to the hotel) imposed by the government when you stay is a Tourism Dirham fee. It is a custom in most hotels to not provide any washing products due to health concerns such as allergy issues, etc. and this is the same standard being implemented over the past years. It is a misfortune that we were not given the opportunity to rectify the situation, as you have not brought any of these concerns on our attention (including your internet connectivity issue. Rest-assured that we have one of the fastest internet speed in the area) as our staff are well-trained and very professional to handle any incident like this. The Pros and Cons of Staying Here Detailed
It's a great, convenient location. You're right there at the Metro and across the street from a huge mall with shopping, dining, etc. Plus a bus station (we took bus there to Sharjah) is a block away. WiFi is best of any of the 4 UAE hotels I stayed at: you don't even need a passcode. I was upgraded to a suite which had a second washroom (without tub shower) but convenient for a couple. Front desk is good. Now the negative. The rooms are large but with dark wood fairly dreary. The microwave didn't work but engineer came up quickly to replace it. There was no hair dryer but someone quickly brought one up which didn't even work so we just did without blow drying hair. The sink in the smaller bathroom was diffiult to regulate water temperature. The bathtub water in the larger bathroom was so hot I had it turned to cold water but only scalding hot water came out. I threw in pots of cold water to no avail. Something desperately wrong with the plumbing here. The soap in bathroom is in container on wall and you can't take it out so you have no control on how or where it squirt which is annoying. If you need something, they bring it up in a flash. But there was so much annoyingly wrong here. But gotta love that location!

Dejligt centralt beliggende ved Metro og City Center. Sol ved poolen til ca kl. 12- fint, når man betragter de mange højhuse ! Lækkert med stor lejlighed og stort køleskab og fryser. Gammelt hotel og lidt mørkt på værelset, men alt fungerede fint. Personalet hjælpsomt. Tobakrøgslugt på ikke ryger værelse, men store tunge gardiner !

Great hotel and location. Right next to a Metro station and a mall. Received a free upgrade. My favorite affordable hotel to stay in when I travel through Dubai!
