Emaar Beachfront is Dubai's private island district, moored between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. Residents step straight onto a pristine private beach, and the towers of the Marina, JBR's promenade and Palm Jumeirah are all minutes away. The district is calm and resort-like, with cafes and beach clubs nearby and quick access onto Sheikh Zayed Road when you want the rest of the city.



Getting Around:

From Dubai International Airport (DXB), a taxi takes about 25 to 30 minutes (roughly AED 90 to 110). By metro, take the Red Line to Sobha Realty station, then a 10-minute taxi. Careem and Uber operate across Dubai and pick up at the tower entrance.
