Other Things to Note:

✔️ Early Check-In: Early check-in may be available for a fee of 35% of the nightly rate, for any time before 3 pm. To request early check-in, message us via the booking platform after 9 am on the day of your check-in, specifying your preferred time. We will confirm availability and send a payment request. Once payment is received, you’ll be provided with the door code for entry at your requested time.



✔️ Check-Out: Late check-out between 12:01 PM – 12:30 PM will incur a 20% charge of the reservation cost. Check-out after 12:30 PM will result in a full charge of the next night’s rate until the unit is vacated. If a same-day reservation follows, the full cost of the upcoming guest’s stay will also be charged. Please note: failure to vacate may result in authorities being notified to assist with removal.



✔️ Responsibility for Damages: You are responsible for any damages or missing items during your stay, including the cost of replacement, shipping and handling.



✔️ Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided. The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay. Excessive cleaning during your stay will incur an additional charge.



✔️ Access Details: Access instructions will be provided once all guest IDs are updated, in compliance with building regulations and Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM) authorities.



✔️ Issues with the Property: If you have any concerns or issues with the property, please inform us immediately so we can address them. Refunds will not be processed without giving us the chance to resolve the matter.



✔️ Construction Noise: As Dubai is constantly developing, occasional noise from construction sites may be heard. Renovation work from nearby units may also occur without prior notice.



✔️ Clean Assurance: The building management takes care of the exterior windows, while we ensure the inside of the unit is always freshly cleaned and well-maintained before each stay.



✔️ Left Behind Items: Personal items left behind will be stored for 10 days. After that period, they will either be donated to charity or discarded.



✔️ Left Behind Luggage: If luggage is left behind, it will be removed and stored at our facility. Transportation fees will apply for moving the luggage.



✔️ Car Registration: Guests who bring a car must provide a copy of their Mulkiya (car registration) in compliance with building regulations.



✔️ Disclaimer: Please note that there may be some noise disturbance during the day, as another unit in the building is currently undergoing maintenance. The maintenance work typically takes place for approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
