Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, specialmente i camerieri del ristorante della prima colazione in particolare vijay, Pulizia molto buona e struttura vicina alla metro.

Buona posizione, metropolitana a 100 metri
Bell'appartamento con cucina, due bagni, soggiorno e terrazzo. Ho soggiornato per la seconda volta in questa struttura e ne sono nuovamente soddisfatto. Per chi si recasse a Dubai per le spiagge tenere presente che occorre un quarto d'ora di taxi (10€ circa). La struttura ha una navetta ma nel momento in cui ero presente non era disponibile. Consiglio per la cena a 100 metri dall'albergo il ristorante Beirut, ottimo e onesto.

Comodo e confortevole
Ho soggiornato dal 31 dicembre al 7 gennaio presso questa struttura composta da due torri di cui una dedicata ad hotel e l' altra a residence con appartamenti. Personalmente ho soggiornato nel residence in uno splendido appartamento posizionato al ventesimo piano, con balcone dotato di tavolo e sedie, con una splendida vista su Dubai. All'interno vi era uno splendido soggiorno, una cucina attrezzata in modo completo, camera da letto, bagno principale, un secondo bagno e una stanzetta con lavatrice per il bucato. A disposizione piscina e palestra. Intorno all'hotel che sotto ha un elegante centro commerciale, si trovano supermercati, ristoranti e servizi di ogni genere. Metro a 200 metri. Per chi desidera andare al mare l' hotel mette a disposizione una navetta che però non ho utilizzato. Nell'insieme ottimo soggiorno, consiglio a tutti.

Dålig service o kommunikation, kontakt med receptionen fungerar inte, saknas nödvändiga köksartiklar i lägenheten. Det finns olika insektsfjädrar och fick byta lägenhet längre upp och den första natten kunde vi inte packa våra väskor för att dage efter skulle de ge oss ett annat lägenhet på högre upp. Standaren på hotellet är på inget sätt 5 stjärning och i bästa fall kan det sägas vara 3 stjärning. Vi rekommenderar inte alls lägenhetshotellt med det priset och standard som är. Det finns säkert bättre ställen med bättre service i samma område. Allt gott Farzane

This hotel located 5 minutes away from the ‘Union’ metro station by walk. Also, big shopping mall is connected with the hotel. The shopping mall has many stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. All hotel staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the hotel and I will stay again when I go back to Dubai.

The location was perfect. Grocery was 5 minutes away, so many eating options within walking distance. Taxis were readily available. There is an option to use hotel limousine for very reasonable rates. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Centrally located to all tourist attractions. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Dubai...

Money hungry hotel
My family have been booking this hotel for a few years but we’re never going to use them again!! Made a special request to the hotel management after finding out my uncle has passed away so we were unable to stay. However the hotel was more interested in their profits rather than their customers interests. So we lost out on a huge amount and no money was returned! Avoid them at all costs.

We stayed at swissotel living . It was a beautiful apartment. Loved everything about our stay a family of four. I would like to thank all the staff for the friendliness and and being helpful. From the valet staff, Patrick at reception was amazing and our cleaner Jay-ar was fabulous. All staff were really good. The hotel and apartment building are part of one complex! Loved tje layout. Has a shopping mall beneath it and lots of places to eat and shop outside. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the Union Metro. The breakfast staff were amazing too! Well done to all of Khalids team. I have recommended this spacious apartment and hotel to other family members and should I return will be staying here again. Mr Umarji

I think the hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms are very spacious but the furniture and amenities in the room are far to outdated. They have carpet that is so dirty your feet with collect a layer of filth within a few minutes. The tvs are small when compared to room size and pretty ancient. I would say to push the rating here by 2 level would just be some deep cleaning by either replacing or removing carpets l. For the price point the rest Is very bearable. Also maybe replace the covers on the sofas.

The hotel / apartment is my preffered stay in Dubai.. clean and classy with a modest price. Downside is taxi availability. If you stay and have an appointment or a plane to catch, leave your room at least 45 minutes beforehand to get a cab.

Les appartements sont spacieux et assez bien équipés. La décoration est vieillotte et l’équipement aussi. Les appartements auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles donc un peu déçu au vu des commentaires sur le site. Beaucoup de commerces au alentour et un centre commercial directement de l’hôtel qui est très appréciable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours.
