Ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, living, kitchen, balcony(sits 9), 4 toilets. Top floor consists of large room(sleeps 3) toilet, walk in closet, large terrace with jacuzzi.

This penthouse sleeps 9 adults and comes fully furnished with kitchen appliances, and electronics.

Direct access to Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar underneath the penthouse. The location cannot get any better.

Other things to note
As part of check in process, Here are the documents required for check in:
- Passport copy/Government ID of all guests

Check in time: 3PM to 8PM
Check out time: 9AM to 11AM

Check outs in between 8pm to 9am will cost 100aed and will be considered as a late check in.

Please note: We are not a hotel, we are a private luxury apartment.
***As part of being a green building, all apartments air conditioning in Tower only cool down to a minimum of 22 degrees in Summer(April - September)***

Please note: Cleaning is only offered once a week (7 nights). If you have booked for more than 7 nights, we will be offering cleaning once a week. If you have booked for less than 7 nights, there will be no free cleaning offered.
If you require cleaning during your stay, it will cost 75aed. It includes cleaning your apartment and providing fresh linens and towels.
