Personale della reception e all'assistenza clienti gentile e disponibile ma alcuni aspetti di disorganizzazione: avevamo prenotazione per 3 persone ma vi era solo un letto matrimoniale, prima ci hanno richiesto un extra per il 3° letto poi abbiamo chiarito ma all'una di notte ancora il letto non c'era. Per tutto il resto del soggiorno dotazione bagno per 2 persone anzichè 3 (richiesti da noi asciugamani extra). Ottimo il bollitore in camera ma non riassortivano il the, tazze per 2 un solo cucchiaino, alla richiesta telefonica nessun seguito, lasciato biglietto scritto: nessun risultato. Non sostituiti gli asciugamani (o meglio: rimossi quelli usati ma non sostituiti), un solo campioncino di bagnoschiuma per 3 persone per 3 giorni (fortunatamente ne avevo di precedenti hotel). Il primo giorno la camera risultava rifatta ma non pulita (tazze sporche, cestini pieni) Peraltro hotel bello e nuovo distante dal centro: circa 1 ora per arrivare nella zona storica con taxi +metro. Più vicina Dubai Marina

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL
The hotel must be fairly new but already the upkeep isn't great. I booked and paid in advance a one bedroom suite with king bed and when I arrived they gave me a standard room with single beds and they tried to justify themselves with "you are staying only one night, we dont have suites available"...well too bad that I had already paid it!!! They tried to make up by offering breakfast...what a rip off. Bathroom was not clean at all. The toilet was disgusting. Front desk staff were friendly and tried to be helpful but the hotel policy on 1 night guests is ridiculous.

La cosa da segnalare è che il volo Emirates da Roma atterra molto prima dell'inizio del check-in dell'Hotel...ebbene, ci hanno dato una camera di appoggio eccellente gratis.

I enjoyed my stay here. I did a spa package and Puna did an amazing job. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Housekeeping came everyday to make sure my room was clean and that I had fresh towels.

I got there, tired and grumpy, but my mood soon changed as every interaction was very pleasant, professional and efficient in short order. I was distressing and enjoying the amenities. The property was five star throughout. Also happy with the price it’s not a convenient place for public transportation but it did work well having a car or taking a cab concierge was also very good to work with and well organized I can comfortably recommend the hotel.

When we went to check in the front staff said the system had gone down and they were unable to check us in and it would take about 20 mins. An hour later we insisted that they check us in manually. The room was decent but I found cockroaches in the bath and the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose. The do not disturb sign was malfunctioning on the door and therefore cleaning never came to clean the room until I insisted on fresh towels on the 3rd day. For our week stay they only cleaned the room twice and only after I insisted they send someone up. It is quite far from downtown so you need a car. The free parking was excellent.

The staff don’t respond on time when you call. They don’t clean the room,they just lay the bed and that’s all. Everything there was bad. I and my husband didn’t enjoy our stay,so sad.

Reception staff was so rude
It was 7 days family trip and the start was really good. The location was not so convenient, but it was ok to take a taxi to go to those visiting spots. There was nothing much around the hotel like coffee shop, restaurants and etc. The room was clean and tidy. My parents were satisfied with almost everything. All the staffs were so kind and nice except one reception staff whose name was Anila(?) or Anita Indian lady. She was so rude and not helpful when I spoke to her about my problem. She seemed not to care about customer service. It was so unpleasant to talk to her. She ruined my 6 days good experience with the Vintage grand hotel on my last day. I had to come home with such unpleasant experience which was so bad.
