“Mold on the walls, cigarette smell, lockers with defective closure, dirty hob and messy kitchen, without a real reception at the entrance, they asked to walk barefoot and the result was to have very dirty and slightly wet socks after going to the bathroom. I walked out immediately, didn't even spend a night. Expedia assistance wasn’t even able to reach owner by phone. Never again.”

“Complicato da raggiungere, segna sotto in strada e poi in realtà e nei palazzi sopra. Non ha nessuna insegna né nella porta d'ingresso, ne sotto al citofono. Ambiente confusionario e sporco, in confronto poi con Dubai fuori, personale non collaborativo. Piscina inagibile, Posizione buona. Stanza donne e letti decenti. Certo per quello che si paga non si può pretendere, ma magari s"apprezzerebbe un po' più di pulizia e meno confusione, specie negli spazi comuni, tipo bagno e cucina. ”

“Unable to contact the staff. I booked accommodation for 4 people, but they placed them in separate rooms. The actual rooms are very different from the pictures shown. Additionally, I originally booked the stay at a hostel in Palm, but when my team arrived, they were transferred to another hotel because the hostel was reportedly full. The listing shows 4 people per room; however, there are 10 or more people staying in each room. Paid for AED 1,687.68 for 6 nights waste of money!!!”

“In terms of price, it's a very affordable place compared to the market.Additionally, it's very close to the metro and there are many great activities in the surrounding area.However, when it comes to the organization and cleanliness of the shared kitchen, I'd say the place failed to meet expectations.The customers there need to be warned, and the managers need to be more careful and take better care of the machinery and equipment.”
