“Fitted all 7 of us comfortably and bedding arrangements were as described. Link to online welcome information didn’t include WiFi passcode so i had to contact the host. After informing me by phone the code, Anne said to refer to the welcome pack - but its not included there. A physical welcome book on entry would be nice. The property, while ok, didn't meet our expectations. Some dining chairs were stained. The toilet bowl brush in the ensuite had a broken handle so was unusable. The floor...
