House was nice, well equipped and clean but far enough away from the city that we had to take an Uber all of the time. We got there early evening so didn't notice there was no hot water until the morning when 5 people had to take cold showers. We had to leave early so I contacted the property manager while we were taking a tour. I had trouble communicating via email and when we finally got someone on the phone they told us it was a switch in the kitchen. There was no sign there otherwise it was an easy fix. Because of the inconvenience I asked if we could get something off the bill. They said they felt it was fixed in a timely manner and they would not give us anything. Also, parking is an issue. Parking is in the rules and information but the morning we were leaving we got out at 7:15 am. You can't park there between 7-10 am as well as times in the evening. We were almost towed. The man was very accommodating but he had to give us a ticket and we had to pay 125 euro. We knew this, but we forgot the parking rules, which was our issue, not the owner.
