I booked a suite for my family. When we entered into the room we realized that there was no soup, no showe gel and no shampoo. The quality of breakfast was really poor

Servizio e pulizia eccellente. Ottime condizioni generali della stanza e delle aree comuni. Unica pecca la location decentrata. Ho apprezzato molto il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole,letto super comodo,stanza spaziosa,pulita,e silenziosa,colazione abbondante e varia.L’unico inconveniente è stato che al mattino scesi per la colazione abbiamo avuto problemi con il personale dell’hotel che sosteneva che non avevamo diritto alla colazione gratuità mentre noi l’avevamo pagata anticipatamente già con la prenotazione

Great location near a shopping centre and bus connects! Staff was very courteous and helpful, facilities clean and lobby was nice. Soundproofing of rooms was a bit less but the neighbors were fortunately courteous as well.

Staff person CIARA was very accommodating. I had forgotten to request an accessible room, phoned the Hilton 800 #, and was told Hilton “couldn’t help.” Luckily I found the direct Ireland number for this hotel, where Ciara arranged all with great kindness & efficiency. She is the best! I will return!

Hilton Inhospitable!
Arrived at the hotel and was given a floor on the 4th Floor. Room was very tired and had an overwhelming smell of bleach. Asked for a room change and was booked into room 128 which I was told was a “refurbished” room. Room was OK, but was next to a very busy and noisy road. Honestly I thought the windows were open as it was so noisy, but no, there is just no insulation!! Hilton had one job…..give a safe comfortable space to get a good nights sleep……unacceptable noise levels from the road and the fact the the aircon is useless meant that they failed!!

no hot water ?
Arrive late and need to be out early in the morning. Took a shower and only then we experience there and then, there was no hot water (hence at best only luke warm after flowing for a long time of 10 minutes) !. Anyway, can't ring receptionist nor can I complain while in the middle of a shower. Anyway told receptionist the following morning as a feedback. Never had I experience this in any hotel especially from Hilton. lessons learnt .....never take for granted that there's always hot water. Make sure to check and complain before jumping in.

Warm and efficient
Restaurant was good value and food was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful about additions requests to store medication and everything was warm, friendly and efficient
