We’re sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Our office is staffed from 3 pm to 9 pm to assist guests with checkin in or other issues. Our records and security footage show that you booked three rooms, only paid for one, arrived at 4 am, stayed 1.5 hours past the 10 am checkout, helped yourself to multiple cups of complimentary coffee in the lobby and spent a good amount of time walking around the property, including the river and the front courtyard. When guests block multiple rooms but don’t cancel and don’t pay for them, consume multiple on site amenities, stay past conventional check in and checkout out times, causing our cleaning staff to be delayed, which impacts other guests, we typically charge a fee for the additional resource consumption and for violating terms of service. In your case we did not. Next time if you let us know you require non traditional check in times and would like to enjoy on site amenities and stay beyond our outlined terms of service, let us know in advance and we would be happy to make special arrangements to accommodate you.
