  • Appartamento MARIALBA nella nostra casa in pietra circondata da giardino, in parte elitaria di Dubrovnik, Ploce, a soli 150 metri a piedi dal centro storico e dalla famosa spiaggia cittadina Banje con vista sul mare, sull'isola Lokrum e sulla città vecchia di Dubrovnik e sulla città.
    È dotato di aria condizionata e connessione internet wi-fi. Il parcheggio per i nostri ospiti è gratuito, ma è necessario prenotarlo al momento della prenotazione dell'appartamento.
    Tutti i monumenti, le gallerie, le chiese, i ristoranti, i caffe bar, le rappresentazioni importanti sono a breve distanza a piedi.
    La stazione della funivia è a 150 metri dall'appartamento e la fermata dell'autobus n. 8 (fino a Gruz - porto di Dubrovnik) e la n. 5 (alla penisola di Lapad).

    MARIALBA è su 2 livelli:
    Cucina, sala da pranzo-soggiorno, un bagno, piano terra e camera da letto (2 letti singoli insieme + letto singolo) con balcone.
    Al piano superiore 2 camere da letto (1/2 camera e 1 camera singola) ante con un divano, tavolino e TV satellitare.

    C'è anche un bagno (con lavatrice) al piano superiore.
    Dalle finestre del tetto la vista si estende dalle isole ad est alla parte occidentale di Dubrovnik, con Minceta e St. Fortezze di Lawrence.

The location is really good for beach and the old town. The apartment is as described, well equipped and very clean and the air con was excellent and very much needed in hot weather. We stayed with our 3 teenagers who had plenty of space and their own bathroom on the 2nd floor and we all loved the beautiful old steps down to the old town and good bars and restaurants all in close proximity. Owner was very welcoming and helpful & made check in and out very easy thank you .

Wonderful location 5 minutes from Ploce Gate. Was able to see and do everything in this amazing city, host was friendly, informative and had everything set up for us (including registering our hire car for Dubrovniks restricted travel zone for our stay). As long as you are aware of the steps up to the apartment (not an issue for us, the air con was great after the climb, but be aware Dubrovnik is full of hills and steps), this is the perfect base camp to explore the old town, Banje beach, Mount Srd and Lokrum island. Thank you Marija.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik

We really enjoyed this apartment. It is close to the old city and very comfortable. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

Such a great stay! Perfect location just be prepared for stairs! Host was super nice and provided recommendations. The size was great for 4 people and having 2 bathrooms was amazing. Highly recommend!

Family with Teens Visit to Dubrovnik

This apartment was very cute. It is in a wonderful location. We were able to walk to the beach and old town. The owners were easy to work with and very friendly.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the property is close to walk to old town, grocery, restaurants and public transportation. The hosts are a great family dedicated to provide anything needed for a wonderful experience. The property itself is comfortable and spacious with great showers, comfy beds and AC if needed (nice breeze from the sea was wonderful). Dedicated parking was a huge huge help.Highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic Location

Lovely accommodation with plenty of room for the four of us. The hosts were great and we had everything we needed for our 10 days in Dubrovnik. The location is fantastic, just a short walk into the old town and Banje Beach. It was so nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view over Lokrum Island (well worth a visit, it's beautiful). Would highly recommend this accommodation and hosts, we all had a fantastic time!

Awesome location

Un emplacement idéal au coeur de Dubrovnik.

La gentillesse et les conseils de Serge, l' emplacement idéal de l appartement à proximité de la plage et de la vieille ville et la place de parking (dont il ne faut pas oublier de préciser la réservation) nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. En bonus, une vue incroyable depuis le balcon de la chambre principale !

Highly recommend staying here

The property was really good and the hosts very kind. It was a short walk to the old town and to the cable car. The air conditioning makes a big difference in the summer. There were also all the appliances needed to cook food at the accommodation.

Room with a view Dubrovnik. Amazing location.

You will not find a better place to stay while staying in Dubrovnik. Sergio and Maria’s lovely home is located just a few steps above Banji Beach and a quick 5-10min walk from the heart of the old city. I highly recommend staying here. Ice cold AC in each room and a private terrace and balcony with a view. Plenty of room for a party of 4-5.

Great stay away from the crowds. Mini-market a very short walk away with produce and baked goods. Minutes to the wall and beach. Marija was very helpful.

Great location with parking

Overall, a great stay given close proximity to the city and assigned parking which is rare in the area. Marked off a start due to noticing that quite a few of the dishes in the kitchen were unfortunately dirty. Additionally, there was an issue with the shower head not working properly but Marija and family were quick in finding a temporary solution which we appreciated. We felt very welcomed in Dubrovnik, hvala!

Excellent location and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was ideally located for the old town, beach, cable car and supermarket. The hosts were so helpful. They organised taxis, gave advice on times to visit places, explained where the supermarket and beach were and were generally lovely. The apartment has a pretty outside dining area where we ate breakfast and lunch as well as a balcony off the main bedroom. It's 5-10 mins walk from the old town where there are loads of great restaurants.

Praktisch aufgeteilte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Aircondition in allen Wohn/ Schlafräumen, Ruhig und sauber. Nette und hilfreiche Gastgebererin. Sehr gute Lage mit Gangabstand zur Altstadt und zum Strand, sowie Supermarkt und Restaurants. Balkong und Terrasse. Grüne Umgebung durch kleine Privatgärten in direkter Nachbarschaft.

This apartment is an excellent choice if you are visiting Dubrovnik. It's location is really amazing with incredible views of the old city and Lokrum island. Its only a few minutes walk to the old city and beach, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc... The hosts Marija and Serg are very kind and will provide plenty of touristic information on where to go and what to see during your visit. Having your own parking spot included is a big plus if you have a car as parking close to the old city is very difficult. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. A+++

This apartment worked well for us.

My wife and I were joined by one of our daughters. Dubrovnik was searingly hot and humid, but the ac worked well, the washer was good, and the showers were also good (although hot water was short-lived). The location is good, but do expect to climb hills from Old Town Dubrovnik to get to the apartment.

This is an excellent location; Airport Shuttle drops you a flat 4minute walk from the apartment, and the entrance to the cable car is next to the airport shuttle stop. The apartment is accurate as the photos and descriptions in the listing. The host is very generous and prompt in their responses to any question or request that we had. While not inside the old port, it’s very nearby and much more quiet as a result. Also if steps are a problem you can walk a bit further around and eliminate most all of the stairs.

Convenient & close to everything

This was a great spot near Old Town and walking distance to many many things including the port for excursions, restaurants, Banje beach, Cable car etc. Bus stop is close by if you'd like to use that. Uber/taxi were very affordable. We had a little issue with the bathroom but the host was very responsive. Only thing that could have been improved was if there was a mini split in the main floor bedroom.

Spacious apt

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having 2 bathrooms with 4 of us. My girls had the whole upstairs. Location is close to everything! You don’t need a car. The towels and sheets could use updating. We also had trouble with the washing machine. We needed someone to stop by and show us. We tried everything. I was told we’re smart and should be able to figure it out!! They never stopped by. I would stay here again for the price, location and spaciousness.
