Ich habe das Zimmer für mich allein gebucht. Es war zwar klein, aber sehr sauber. Besonders schön war der Balkon. Er war nicht groß, aber mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen ausgestattet. Außerdem konnte man dort gut die Wäsche zum Trocknen aufhängen. Der Blick auf den kleinen Hafen war wunderschön. Man konnte die Berge und den Hafen genießen und morgens sogar den Sonnenaufgang beobachten. Die Lage war perfekt: Der Busbahnhof war nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Auch die Stadtmitte, das Meer und der Strand waren schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich war mit meinem Zimmer sehr zufrieden und kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful view and helpful staff. Everything was clean but the beddings were a little dusty. Handover was clear and quick, and the area was nice and safe.

Great location

Very kind host. The hotel is close to the airport and to the water front. It’s a perfect place to stay. We were only there for a bit between flights but everything was wonderful. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Firstly, we were not given the apartment shown in the photographs of the property. We were given a small room at the top of a very steep stairway, beware if you have any problems with steep stairways! The room had two single beds situated right underneath the air conditioning outlet, so the choice was either to cook, or be in an arctic breeze! The main building is a hotchpotch of rooms/apartments and our room was found after climbing 4 flights of stairs. The photos of our room showed a neat little kitchen with a hob and a microwave. What we got was a fridge and a kettle. So nothing could be done as the place was fully occupied, it spoilt our holiday in the lovely town of Cavtat.

Location is great

Location is great, just in heart of the Cavcat. Owners were kind and happy to have us. Room/home was spacious and comfortable. Easy transportation link nearby to go to Dubrovnik. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful accomodation near Dubrovnik, you are reading the right comment.

Very disappointing 3 night stay. Arrived a little early. Someone from a lower apartment took our bags up the apartment and said they would ring the host who adised that she would come aftef her swim. She did not appear and despite several promptings we saw noone. There was no welcome information and no welcome groceries, not even a bottle of water in the fridge. No salt or pepper or other foodstuffs. One green scourer sponge probably weeks old. One over used small chopping board. Limited china - only 2 cereal bowls when apartmet is for 4 people. Furniture, shelving and fittings of low quality. No shade on the balcony so too hot to sit out in during the morning. There was an umbrella stand but no umbrella! Messaged asking for internet password, no reply. We would consider ourselves to be well travelled and normally opt for s/c accommodation. This by any standard was poor and with no contact from anyone for the whole stay. There are many s/c options in Cavtat so best avoid this one. The 2 star rating was for the view from the balcony whick was special.

Hosts are lovely, easy to find, comfortable bed, and the french door to balcony with an amazing view is fantastic. Perfect location with easy walk around the spit of land even at night and excellent fish at restaurant within walking distance. Only suggestion is to have coffee/tea maker.

Lovely little apartment in a fantastic pedestrianised area with easy parking and all amenities a short walk. The owners are lovely and really helpful and regularly came and cleaned, emptied bins and changed towels which was unexpected.

Majoituspaikan omistajat mukavia mutta aivan todella vaikea löytää paikkaa. Etsittiin 2 tuntia ja monet eri ihmiset yritti auttaa meitä, mutta edes paikalliset ei löytäneet. Loppujen lopuksi mukava pariskunta löysi tän paikan.

Lovely place with a lovely view

Amazing stay. The couple who ran the place are so sweet and very accommodating, we arrived early and they allowed us to leave the bags and even left them in the room for us. The place is very unassuming, but was blown away by the view. It's a little complicated to find it and got a little confused finding my room but after the first time it's easy to adjust. The location is perfect right in the middle of everything yet very quiet. The room was perfect size and had everything we needed, don't expect 5 stars but what it lacks in that it makes up in charm, it even had a balcony with a stunning view. We really loved our stay and hopefully can come back one day. Highly recommend this place

It's not luxurious accommodation but I had everything I needed for a 2 night stay. My flight got cancelled so I needed a place to stay asap. The room and bathroom were a bit outdated but clean and equipped with everything you might need (maybe just the fridge door handle would do with a wipe lol). The hosts didn't speak much English but were very kind and helpful. The location was great. You can walk everywhere in Cavtat. Also,the view from the balcony was amazing. The wi fi was the strongest on the balcony so I ended up working there:)

Rooms are nice and clean, apartment is a bit dated. Beds very comfortable and ample space. Walking distance to everything. The only challenge is communication. Owners are lovely and try very hard but speak only Croatian. They use a booking company that speaks English but whenever you call, there is a wait and as they manage many properties you have to give your reservation details every time you call and you will call! It’s very hard to find as you don’t get the exact address. They had to contact owners to get that for me once I arrived in town and owner did not answer so I just had to wait and wait and wait. I also tried calling on my own with no luck. When I finally got through, we could not understand each other so I had to initiate 3-way call and start from the beginning with my reservation number. Frustrating after a long flight and confusion with parking all in the dark When I finally found the place owner gave me an apartment when I actually booked a room. 10 minutes later he knocked on my door and said wrong room but stay, no extra charge. I offered to change rooms. He said stay. Next day other people arrived who were also frustrated with arrival who had booked apartment and they asked me to move in my the middle of the day and did give me a choice of rooms which were all nice. Now that I know where the place is located, I would stay again, quiet with lovely views of marina. Pack patience and employ a sense of adventure however for your arrival.

Veldig grei beliggenhet, med gangavstand til alt, stille og rolig. Vanskelig å finne, bruk adressen, ikke navnet på overnattingsstedet. Rommet var veldig lite, glad vi ikke hadde store kofferter, ikke skapplass eller hyller til å sette fra seg ting. Kjøleskap, aircondition og en liten veranda, samt greie senger. Fikk ha rommet til kl.15 avreisedagen.

If you just need a place to sleep

Not clean, parking instructions should be updated, not like the pictures. Could be difficult to climb the stairs. But it’s the nicest couple running the place. They really are service people and very kind. Google translate will be of great help if you don’t speak croatian

Great place, great town

Great place, and Cavtat is just top notch when you’ve spent time in hectic Split and Dubrovnik. Room had good view, with A/C and clean. Remember to being your own soap. Close to main street and bus station. Quiet and safe. Was difficult to find entrance, google maps only showed the building, not to access it. Good value for money.
