Situated in the beautiful seaside town of Orasac, Villa Gold Dubrovnik is a stunningly decorated villa that offers guests a luxurious retreat with breathtaking sea views. Nestled within picturesque countryside, this elegant villa provides a wonderful getaway while still being easily accessible to Dubrovnik city.



The villa features five bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and stylishly furnished. With a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a dining area that can accommodate up to 10 people, Villa Gold Dubrovnik provides a comfortable and exquisite place to stay. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom with a sofa and a separate bathroom. Glass doors from the dining area lead to a shaded sea view patio, complete with comfortable seating furniture.



The villa spans across three floors, with the first floor boasting four spacious ensuite bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of the bedrooms share a sea and pool view terrace, providing guests with a stunning panoramic view. The ground floor (basement) is home to a laundry room and an additional toilet.



Villa Gold Dubrovnik is surrounded by lovely terraces and features an amazing swimming pool, providing ample space for sunbeds and lounges. The pool area, accessed by steps from the villa, is perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. Outdoor dining furniture allows guests to savor delicious meals while taking in the beauty of the surroundings. However, the highlight of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the deep blue sea.



This villa is an ideal choice for families, two families traveling together, or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and luxurious base near Dubrovnik. Every detail of the house has been carefully attended to, ensuring guests have all the comforts they could desire.



The villa is conveniently located, with the sea just 800 meters away and the beach at a distance of 1 kilometer. The town center of Orasac is only 500 meters away, while Dubrovnik city is a short 11-kilometer drive. The nearest shop and restaurant are both within a 500-meter radius, and the Dubrovnik airport is approximately 26 kilometers away. The marina is also easily accessible, just 11 kilometers from the villa.



The Dubrovnik Riviera is a picturesque area characterized by its gentle and rocky coastline, dotted with natural bays and surrounded by pine and olive groves, vineyards, and Mediterranean vegetation. The region encompasses various areas that were once part of the Dubrovnik Republic, including the Elaphite Islands, Peljesac Peninsula, Konavle, Zupa, Cavtat, Trsteno with its famous Arboretum, and the medieval town of Korcula on Korcula Island. Exploring the surroundings is highly recommended, as the region offers both land and sea connections, allowing for shorter or longer excursions.



Orasac itself is a charming town known for its beautiful beach, natural springs, and ancient olive groves. Visitors can also explore the historic "Soderini" castle, which once provided refuge to a prominent Florentine figure fleeing the Medici family in the 16th century. Today, the castle has been transformed into a hospitality facility, adding to the town's allure.



With a lot size of 500 square meters and a living area of 600 square meters, Villa Gold Dubrovnik comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The villa features an infinity swimming pool (10x4) and a sun deck terrace, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. Additional amenities include internet access, covered terrace, and a parking space.



The price includes tourist tax, bed linen change every 7 days, towel change every 7 days, final cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, garden maintenance, internet access, parking space, and the assistance of a villa manager.



However, a €1000 security deposit is required and not included in the price, this is paid via cash in resort to the local villa manager, upon arrival.
