di bello solo il mare lontana dal centro parcheggio 10€ al giorno anche se dicono gratis i posti gratis sono sempre occupati dai dipendenti, accesso spiaggia libero ma ombrellone e sedie (datate) 20 € al giorno, colazione dolce meschina solo cornettini e nessun dolce oltre alle solite marmellate, per arrivare alla reception bisogna scendere delle scale ripide, abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto per le valigie al 3 piano perché non c'è ascensore e dalla spiaggia alla camera sono in pratica 5 piani di scale !!! Cena passabile ma bottiglietta d'acqua 5€ NON CI ANDATE!!

Hotel fatiscente
Imbarazzante proporre tre stelle ad una struttura vecchia e senza ascensore. Si salva la posizione e la cucina: buona la colazione, cena a self service con varietà di scelte giornaliere. Improponibile a persone con difficoltà deambulatorie. Io, tra sudate, salite e scale ho preso una sciatalgia.

Al check-out la receptionist ha prelevato dalla nostra carta una cifra nettamente superiore a quella spettante relativa al nostro conto. Ce ne siamo accorti grazie al sms ricevuto immediatamente dalla banca. Lei ha fatto operazione di rimborso della cifra sulla carta, ma questa operazione non e' avvenuta immediatamente e quindi non avevamo piu' a disposizione su quella carta la cifra necessaria per pagare il conto. Abbiamo dovuto usare un'altra carta e questo ci ha causato notevoli problemi. Invece di scusarsi la receptionist continuava ad essere maleducata ed indisponente: un comportamento veramente inqualificabile!!

buona posizione sul mare
Ottima la posizione sul mare, la stanza assegnata era piccola ed anche il balcone molto piccolo ad angolo, ma pare fosse l'ultima matrimoniale disponibile. Ia formula mezza pensione con cena a buffet la sera è simpatica ma vincola un pò negli orari. Buona la pulizia e la gentilezza e diponibilità del personale.

Grazioso albergo sul mare.
Tutto estremamente gradevole, personale professionale e disponibile. Buon buffet, ricco ed abbondante sia per la colazione che per la cena. 20 mt reali di distanza dall'albergo alla spiaggia in ciottoli dell'albergo stesso. Ristorante sulla spiaggia dove poter pranzare anche a base di pesce in maniera pratica veloce ed economica e soprattutto cotto al momento (tutto estremamente fresco!). Le terrazze panoramiche della sala pranzo e del bar dell'albergo mostrano un incantevole scorcio di mare.

9 e mezzo!!
Location perfetta per Dubrovnik, non c'è che dire, l'hotel in riva alla baia (attenzione ciottoli, portatevi scarpette da mare adatte) è fenomenale per il prezzo che si paga. Il personale è molto cordiale e socievole, come un po' in tutta la città, quasi un marchio di fabbrica!! La colazione internazionale è nella media, ma soddisfacente, ottimi i cornettini... Per quanto riguarda i collegamenti, 10 e lode, autobus davanti all'ingresso, prezzi bassi e attenzione all'aria condizionata!! Anche nei dintorni, a Lapad, la zona è molto carina per farsi una passeggiata, molto turistica.

per la posizione sul mare
la spiaggia è pubblica quindi molto affollata ma per starci di passaggio è abbastanza comodo anche se forse un po' caro, la fermata del bus vicinissima la zona dei ristranti a 500 metri .Il personale è molto diponibile

Accommodation was clean and quiet with good facilities. Location is convenient on the bus 4 route to the Old City, on the water with stone beach and close to restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well located, only a 10 mins bus ride to the old town. They are on the beach and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the hotel needs a major renovation. It looks a little run down, the walls are so thin that you can hear people coughing in the next room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I was looking for a place to stay alone for 3 days between a family trip and an 18 day tour I was taking. This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view and at a very reasonable price. The room was small but very functional and I’m so glad I paid for a room with a balcony and view. Interestingly, the guests were mostly Europeans – I seemed to be the only American so I want to encourage more to try this spot.. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. I opted for full board breakfast and dinner included and it did not disappoint. Plenty of options! Additional drinks were very reasonable. However, when I realized how many restaurants were a short walk away down the lovely promenade which went all the way around the bay, I would’ve opted to have tried dinner elsewhere as well. The restaurant staff was efficient but rather brusk and not that friendly - except for Mario! This young man was friendly and kind and made me feel less out of place while dining alone. It made a big difference to feel welcome especially while dining alone. Thank you Mario! Bottom line – Hotel Vis was an excellent value. The views were fabulous, the beach very accessible (bring flip flops for sure) and the seaside promenade perfect for a long gorgeous walk past many restaurants, hotels, and swimming spots.

Was gut ist es liegt direkt am Strand und die Bushaltestelle is auch vor dem Hotel! Alles andere lässt zu wünschen übrig! Das Hotel is sehr alt und abgewohnt! Das Frühstücksbuffet is eher lieblos! Das Personal sehr bemüht und nett! Wenn man gerne mit Tieren( Ameisen, Motten usw ) im Zimmer leben will ist man hier richtig!

It’s getting old and run down. Shower was broken, door handle almost falling off, no safe, no fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Great beach, which would be the reason to stay here.

Very basic and old for the price
Our view was amazing, balcony view to the beach. The room had a weird smell, they said the smell was from the beach. Very old, water damage on the ceiling, part of the hardwood floor was missing. The only good thing was when the balcony door was opened you got an amazing breeze from the sea.

We had a wonderful view of the sea. However, there is no elevator and we had to climb three flights of stairs. There was no air conditioning and we asked about it but nothing happened. The area was fine- a 10 minute bus ride to old town.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly. The only small problem is the parking everywhere in Dubrovnik
